Exceptionally great grooming. Such attention to detail. My dog was cared for, left so happy & proud! They also captured the moment, which was greatly appreciated. Quick turnaround and fair price. Happy to have found this neighborhood gem!
My dog has been using services at Scruffy to Fluffy for about a year now. Everyone from scheduling to making her beautiful are extremely friendly and talented. She’s a nervous dog and everyone takes such great care.

They do such a wonderful job grooming my beagle! He always comes home clean, fresh, and beautifully groomed. Thank you for taking such great care of him.
I have been waiting a whole year for this appointment, and I can honestly say; it was SO worth the wait! From the very first step into Scruffy to Fluffy Pet Spa, both my dog and I felt so welcomed and cared for. The customer service was absolutely wonderful, and you could immediately tell how much they genuinely…

Great place Good people Takes good care of Rocky my Labradoodle!!
We've been coming to STF for over ten years now, back when I had two poodle mixes they had to handle. Now we only have my girl, Elliott, but she's a handful: almost 12, blind, horrible allergies & skin, plus bad back legs which means she has to sit a lot during her visits. And they always provide such a welcoming…
Always do an excellent job all around from scheduling, communication & grooming.
I have experienced the best in service, my pup loves her groomer!
Great service ! Highly recommended !! Have been taking our Golden Doodle here for over a year now, and have always been VERY satisfied.
Scruff to Fluffy Pet Spa is the best pet grooming in Haverhill. The facility is updated, with lots of bright natural light, and always clean and tidy. I’ve been taking my two Bernese Mountain Dogs to Amanda. She’s the best…Amanda is courteous, professional, and friendly. Most importantly, she’s phenomenal at…

First time I used the self wash, but certainly not the last. Everything you can imagine is at your fingertips. - body soap, face soap, ear cleaner, ear muff for when you blow dry, etc ..Very clean. friendly, and fairly priced.

Great communication and a top knotch team they have. The facility is clean and the owner is super nice. My dogs seem to be treated well most importantly and couldn’t have asked for a more better and local groomer.
Always an amazing job on my 2 dogs. It’s one of their favorite places to go.
I am very happy and satisfied with the bathing and grooming that my dog gets at Scruffy to Fluffy. She always comes home looking happy and clean----and smells so nice and looks so cute with her little neck scarf!! I'm a happy customer, as is my Bonnie!!

They make my dog comfortable and listen to how I would like him to look. They are absolutely qualified and professional.
This was the first time our golden doodle wasn’t extremely scared of being groomed. This establishment is professional, clean, and friendly. And best of all, the people who work here genuinely seem like they like dogs! The cut was perfect and everything was exactly as advertised. Clover (the dog) will be back!

Happy puppy Happy puppy mom
They always do such a great job with my little scruff muffin! The facility is clean and professional: Once inside, you'll see the grooming area right away, which is nice transparency -- grooming stations are separated from the main lobby by a large wall of windows. The duration of each grooming appointment is also…
Always professional and My dog looks great!!
Very friendly staff. Good communication and did a great job with my dog
Easy appointments, quick work and compassionate and friendly
I have 2 Shih Tzu’s Sam and Arya they always come home looking and smelling amazing. They do such great job.
Best experience ever for the humans and dog! We have a 15 year-old dog, a senior gal, who is tiny and sensitive. She’s never had a more gorgeous haircut and seemed calm. Over the years, most groomers complain about her sensitivities. She’s not at all aggressive, but just needs a tender touch. We are so grateful for…
New customer and was very happy. Clean facility and great staff!!!
Luv my stylist! My baby comes out beautiful fluffy soft and smelling terrific! Her cut is on point! ALWAYS! Thx Brooke! 🥰 I literally just spoke with a couple at Bjs about their dog and how happy I was and referred them. 😁
I’ve been bringing my dogs here for years and have never had anything but great experiences. They are very caring and friendly to my current dog who is not a fan of baths.
I've been taking my dog there for some years now, they do a great job and the owner is wonderful along with hiring good staff. I'm a protective dog mom and highly recommend this place.
I’m very happy with the services and the personal attention I always receive
Our first time to Scruffy to Fluffy was such a positive experience. It was the first time we brought our 3 year old rescue to be groomed. We were unsure of how he would tolerate the process. The staff were so friendly and patient with Kona. He did great, and that was certainly because the staff was attentive and…
