Amazing Experience! When I had arrived at this shop, I noticed it was still closed during open business hours. So I decided to call and was kindly informed that he was on an outdoor business service call but would be arriving at a specific time. And that on the current day (Saturday) appointments were needed. But still he managed to ask what my issue was with my mobile device. He then told me that it was an easy, quick fix and that he can squeeze me in for the repair of the phone. I was joyous to know how generous of an act that was for him to do. So I accepted to patiently wait for him to get my phone repaired. Which he then arrived earlier than expected which was very much appreciated. I had gone inside the shop and was greeted graciously by the technician (Alan). The man was straight to the point with no gimmicks. He knew what the issue was and was able to get it repaired within minutes. It's been YEARS since I've had great customer service like his. Alan has a heart of gold. He is knowledgeable, friendly, patient; and a great professional at what he does. Once the repair was done, he had applied a free tempered glass screen protector since I had waited patiently for him. I couldn't of ask for better service, I'm glad to know where I will be bringing my devices for any repairs. There is a good reason why he is on top of recommended mobile device reparation services. If more than 5 stars can be given, I surely would give more. Will definitely be recommending others this shop for any mobile device repairs.
