We had concerns about the two dryers in our home being at risk of a fire due to not cleaning the vents in at least a year. Joe was on time and very professional with planning and executing our appointment. He showed us before and after pictures of the progress he made and gave us a fair deal considering we were…
I’m an annual repeat customer! Friendly, fast and top quality service!! Highly recommended!
Joe (owner) located the disconnected part of the vent, installed and reconnected a new joint quickly and securely.
Excellent company! Highly recommend!!
Joe did a great job! Excellent service, friendly, and effective. Would definitely hire again!
Dion Floyd was very efficient and got the job done and very pleasant. will definitely hire again
I wish I could give 6 stars. So, instead, here's 6 things I've loved about working with him. 1. Joe and team have answered the phone every single time I've called, which is not my experience with the vast majority of businesses related to appliances. 2. Both times I've needed him he's come out in 1-2 business days…
Excellent service with a knowledgeable professional.
Joe is kind, professional and thorough. We've had our vents cleaned twice now by Seattle Dryer Vent Cleaning, and I will continue to call upon them every year!
The first time I worked with them I had an issue with the service - they immediately responded, fixed the issue and gave me a discount. The next time there were no issue. Scheduling was prompt and the technicians were professional. End result is my dryer ducts are the cleanest they've been. Would recommend.
Highly recommend!
I think they did a very thorough job. It was something we needed for a long time. Considering they had to connect with a lot of people individually, they did an excellent job. The problem of moisture in my dryer in the form of droplets every time I opened my dryer door is now gone. I’m pleased with that. It sounded…
Joe was excellent! He was quick, thorough, friendly, and very clear explaining everything he was doing and everything he was cleaning. Would definitely hire Joe again
Joe and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were quick to respond to my inquiry, had great communication in setting up the appointment, were on time for the appointment and even finished the job under the estimated time. I was impressed on their service at my apartments so I had them do my home as well. True…
Prompt, neat service - dryer vent cleaning.... great communication. Thank you!
Joe was great! Very quick and provided helpful information! Would definitely use again . And the cleaning left our laundry area smelling great!
Joe and his team traveled outside of their service area and were able to fit us in quickly. They did a great job with a complicated system. They were professional and their rates were very reasonable.
Joe provided exceptional service, fair pricing and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our dryer vents were properly cared for. Joe gave us a quote to clean out our dryer vent. When he showed up he saw how backed up our dryer vent was and while cleaning our dryer if he saw more damage to our duct as…
Joe came into our unit and cleaned our dryer vents. He was very friendly and professional, and did a great job. However, I have to deduct a couple of stars from the review because they parked their vehicle in a bike path, which is illegal and quite annoying. Edit: I've increased my rating to 5 stars since it sounds…
Johnathan and Joe were awesome, knowledgeable, fairly priced, and good at what they do! Definitely recommend
If I could give these guys 100 stars, I would. Joe came to our house late on a Friday afternoon and was all smiles from beginning to end, even though he hit a snag (literally), and discovered the dryer vent had blown, and had been venting directly into the wall cavity, likely for YEARS given the several inches of…
Great experience, quick cleaning, disinfected after done, cleaned up all the trash, very nice to my dog.
Professional, responsive, honest, and trustworthy. Thank you Joe!
Joe really helped me out! Our dryer was giving an error code D80, meaning it was 80% blocked! I gave Seattle Dryer Vent Cleaning a call, and Joe was able to make it out way faster than I hoped. I don't know if my relationship would have survived with the dryer out of commission. Joe totally saved the day.
The level of customer service that Joe provided was some of the best I've ever had. I rarely write reviews, but was inspired to after the work he did on my dryer. For quite awhile I had lint everywhere and my windows would fog when I dried my clothes. I have a stacked washer dryer in a closet that was built around…
Absoultely thee best service around; Joe, provided top quality timely service with integrity, attention to detail, knowledgeable and mantained a very tidy job site! I highly recommend this business.
I booked dryer vent cleaning services and had a great experience. Joe kept me updated with texts regarding ETA, and was polite, professional, and quick. Would definitely recommend.
What a great job cleaning both our dryers and vents! Friendly, professional, respectful of our space, explained everything and cleaned spaced he didn’t need to! I highly recommend. Great value. Your laundry room will thank you.
This is the only company I could find that was willing to clean the dryer vent on the roof of my 3-story townhome. Super easy to schedule, responsive, and cleaned everything from the dryer to the roof. Highly recommend!
Prompt and courteous service, fair price. Recommend accordingly.
Joe was extremely responsive and professional. I submitted an inquiry on a Saturday and had the vents cleaned by 10:00 am on a Monday. Joe was on time, provided an explanation of everything that needed to be done, and was very kind to my dogs :) I've already put a reminder on my calendar to call him again next year.
I don’t write many reviews but Joe definitely helped us out when others couldn’t. Our dryer wasn’t drying our clothes any longer to the point we thought it was the dryer itself. After a tech came out to look at our dryer they told us it must be the ventilation. So we tried calling a few places but no one was able…
Called on Wednesday and got the service completed on Friday. Joe helped me with the dryer vent cleaning that was clogged for years. Called several other vendors but no one would take the challenge as the dryer flashing was on the roof (3-story townhouse), but Joe did it. Thanks again Joe and good luck with the business!
Joe at Seattle Dryer Vent Cleaning is a true professional!
It had been a very long time since I had any attention paid to my poor dryer vent. Not only was it a fire hazard but it also made drying my clothes a two cycle chore. Luckily I found Seattle Dryer Vent Cleaning and they provided an excellent and poorly needed cleaning to my nearly clogged dryer vent. I was so happy…
Joe did a great job assisting us with our dryers and dryer vents. It was hard to find a local Seattle-based company that was responsive. Our dryers were very difficult to access because they were stacked on top of each other. He was very polite, on time, and very thorough, our dryers are working a lot better. He had…
