Google reviewers rate this Seattle establishment 4.9 out of 5 based on 230 reviews, with the owner responding to 80% of them. Clients frequently praise the clean, calming environment, punctual staff, and effective massages, saunas, and float tanks that address specific pain points. Recurring positive themes include clear communication, personalized pressure adjustments, and reasonable pricing compared to other spas. However, a few low-star reviews criticize sessions for lacking therapeutic depth, failing to address requested pressure levels, or overlooking pre-appointment surveys, leading to dissatisfaction with the value received.

Griselde is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had!! This is no exaggeration. She’s very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I was visiting Seattle and was able to get an appointment with her and it did wonders for my legs and back. Highly recommend!!
I had a 90 minute appointment booked with Tara. This was after a weekend I played 30+ hours of dodgeball at a national level competition. My body was wrecked and she did an amazing job. I feel SO much better today. This place is top notch!

He applied the right amount of pressure for me when working on me. He Created a professional, peaceful and welcoming…

Scarlet Kendziorski Is amazing!
I came for a massage with Danielle as a treat for myself after getting afternoon tea at Cafe Flora. She was available in the evening on short notice which was great for me. However as I went through the massage, none of my back and neck pain was resolved and I was left with a migraine that lasted two weeks. I gave consistent feedback during my appointment with regards to more pressure and areas of pain, but Danielle didn’t change her approach and I was left feeling incredibly frustrated. My back ended up hurting in all the wrong places the next day, adding to my pain. I told the front staff about my concerns and no remediation was offered, I got sent an email to book again. For $140 I’ve had way better massages for half the price. I cannot recommend against a massage here strongly enough: the 2-week migraine was the additional price I paid.
Nick is one of the coolest LMTs I've ever met!!! I'm only slightly biased. But really... the float, sauna, therapists & front desk are all awesome
Tara is the best massage therapist I’ve ever worked with. She’s able pinpoint the exact source of tension or pain and always has great advice for stretches to maintain mobility after a massage.
The one thousand pounds of Epsom salt is a good experience and something you really can't fully achieve on your own. I felt much better and slept better that night too. The facility and the staff were good and I would definitely go back again for the tub and other services. One thing I will say is that if you have mobility issues, the shower is about a half a foot up from the ground and you're getting in and out of it wet, so be careful. Also, the place is super humid, so make sure to wear light weight breathable clothes and bring an extra shirt especially to change into when you leave because you really can't dry out in time before you leave. And if it's winter make sure to bundle up so you're not outside for long with wet hair and clothes.
