Customers of Secure Choice Tree Service report that the company handles tree removal, trimming, and cleanup with professionalism, often citing competitive pricing and responsive communication. Positive feedback highlights the crew's ability to safely manage large or hazardous trees near power lines while maintaining punctuality. However, two one-star reviews indicate a recurring issue where staff failed to arrive at scheduled times for quotes, leading to delayed contact and customer dissatisfaction.

Secure Choice Tree Service of Beaumont, Tx. Is one of the best companies l've done business with. I have recommended them to most of my friends.
I have used Ricky twice the last couple of years. His crew has performed A Plus for me. On two separate occasions they have taken down trees that were 100 feet tall with no problems. Both times the trees that were taken down required professionals to do the job safely. They are good men with a good work ethic.
Called for an estimate to cut down a tree which had died in our back yard, Ricky came out promptly and gave us a very reasonable quote for the work. Tree was down the next day. The tree was between our power line and our internet line and the crew was able to take it down without any issues at all. Overall, great experience. Will keep the business card.

I called for a quote to trim a tree and promptly received a date and time to meet them at our house. No one showed up for the quote at the scheduled time and I received a phone call well over an hour later regarding the appointment. The phone call was inregards to my interest for a bid to trim our tree. I let the gentleman know that I already had an appointment that had come and gone earlier that morning. He asked if we would be home in an hour or so and let me know he could probably drop by then. If I can not trust someone to show up for a bid, how could I have faith in their scheduled services? If you are late, at least call the customer within a reasonable time of the appointment.
Had two kids start school that week. Both of them came up with strep throat during a pandemic. My wife had to go to Houston so I had to bring them to the doctor. Soon as I had them safe at home with their meds I called you. You smuggly said you had already hired someone without asking any questions, and hung up on me. I could understand this review if I damaged something, took your money without finishing, not doing what I said I would or even not calling you at all. This review deffently says what type person you are then me. Everyone that I've ever actually worked for knows I'm honest and stand by my work. To give someone 1 star because they were little late tells people more of who you are then me
