Follow up on final installation was hassle that required call to main service center. Local authorized dealer did not return calls, four in total. Recorded voice said 24hr call back, which no call ever received. Installer was polite, worked quickly and knew his stuff.
Brian was awesome!
Personable install tech, with lots of knowledge, and common sense advice reasoning behind what he was suggesting. He was able to get us a package that we were happy with, and feeling secure in our new home.
Professional, courteous and efficient
Technician was superb, very knowledgeable, great professional. I am very happy with the system.
Everything went smoothly and the guy was very respectful and clear with all work done. Happy so far with the service!
Took time to explain how system worked.
From the salesman, to the tech guy to anyone I've asked a question of, ADT is the best security system ever. I appreciate their professionalism and their service..
Great experience!

Very friendly and courteous.
The service technician that came out was very good at dealing with people. They were very attentive, asked questions to make sure I got what I wanted out of their service, and provided ample small talk to fill in the time they were at my home to install the systems. The system has already triggered to someone who…
Very quick, professional technician. Went over everything with me when the installation was done and willing to answer my questions.
Everything was great
Cool dude, knowledgeable and expedient.
I was skeptical but they are the real deal. Installer was amazing and the person that set my appointment was on point as well. Don’t hesitate to use them. They system is unbelievably easy to use. I was surprised

The technician was great and explained everything he was doing and recommended products. The system is easy to use, and there have been no problems.
My technician was very kind, patient, and helpful with the installation process.
So far being new to ADT systems your reps have been very responsive and all dealings with you have been very transparent, i.e. what we pay for and what we get have all been thoroughly explained.
Tech was friendly and knowledgable
Ulysses was very kind quick and informative.
The agent that came to install was friendly and professional. I appreciate his communication prior to the appointment so we had a clear idea of when he would arrive. Installation was quick and his instructions were clear. I couldn't be happier.
Arrived on time, answered all my questions and got everything set up on my phone. Great service
Ryan the service technician was knowledgeable, considerate and he answered all of my questions.
My installer provided insight into my specific situation and assisted with the best practices around safety. In addition, he instructed me on the usage of the system and app, kept his workspace clean and maintained a professional attitude. Definitely will recommend!
I would have given them 5 stars except that there has been issues with the Co2/smoke detectors and I was told that a separate contractor installed them and apparently they won't schedule an appointment unless someone is at the home.
Service is awesome. Hubby rests easy at night knowing we are protected. Would have given 5 stars but I was told we qualify for a certain amount of free products. Was billed over $200 for a camera that service rep replaced. Stated " should not use the camera present due to former home owners could access it". Other than that service has been awesome!
The service technician was on time, knowledgeable, helped explain the setup and usage of the system. I'm completely satisfied.
Knowledgeable and courteous
The technician was on time, professional. Did his job fast and clean! Took time to answer questions and educate is in the product.
The installation was quick and the technician was very efficient. He answered all our questions, cleaned up after himself gave us an in-depth walk through of our new system and even enjoyed a cup of coffee with us. That was very much a win in my husband’s eyes. He didn’t stop working while he had his coffee but he…

Great customer service
Excellent service all the way around.
Shaheed did our ADT installation. He was timely, professional and friendly. He even called before be was coming to give a time window. He explained everything to me and was able to help with setting up the camera security as well. He made everything super easy and would highly recommend.
Very professional and friendly. Here when they said they would be. Feeling of safety,, priceless!

The installation was fast and professionally done.
Very knowledgeable, did a great job at installation. Friendly yet professional.
Had the best experience with the one that hooked it up for me.
Hello, It's really ridiculous in addition to bad customer service to have a customer call 5+ times asking to speak with a supervisor and still no one has reached out to me over the course of 3 weeks. I sopke to Mike another young lady and Ann ,there were others but these were documented. All of them stated that…
Not only were we misled about what we would receive, contacting ADT over payment issues or Secure24 for servicing issues is a complete waste of time. Then wanting over $800 to cancel a contract for a service that is useless. I could be throwing money into a fire for my monthly payment and it would be more beneficial.
Used my current system and it failed a week later. the ADT national company failed to tell me I need to call the local company. They failed to provide service for 3 weeks, did not show up to the appointment and still wanted to lock me in a contract. i would not trust this company
Date 9/18/2022 LVD Concepts Dba Secure24 Alarms and ADT Manager, CEO, and President, I am still waiting for the Billing Dept. Supervisor Nathan Arias to call me back or any Supervisor or Manager at this point, because I have yet to receive my refund of $47.98 that I was told by the supervisor on 9/7/2022 that I…
Very poor service and very unprofessional!!! Did not pay the rebate that they stated. Would not return phone calls. Was always told the rebate payment was being processed and it never showed. Only received a quarter of what they said was going to be rebated. Dylan the “supervisor” was always in a “meeting” and…
Spoke to a very nice young lady today and I found her to be very respectful and helpful. Customer service skills are top notch. I would advise anyone to use this service for home security needs.
My installer was amazing he was on time personable very knowledgeable and I would recommend him for installation anytime
The agent on the phone was very polite and informative. I had no issues setting up an appointment. The technician they sent was attentive. He kept in touch with me and was right on time. In fact he got done early on another appointment and asked if he could come earlier and he said it was OK if he had to wait. It…
The guy who came was so nice so helpful set the system with in hour. I love our alarm system n the two camera one for front yard one for backyard
He worked quick and took time to explain the equipment being installed
The Tech was very knowledgeable and patient. He addressed all of our questions and concerns. He baby stepped us thru on how to use the system. He was very neat and professional.

Great experience the representative did and amazing job.
The service technician was very professional, on time and explained everything in detail.
Installed my new service and even waited for the internet to be connected as it ran into delays. Great tech and service.
The young man who came out was a combination of sales engineer and installation specialist. He was very professional and keen on making sure that we had adequate coverage from a security standpoint balanced with the cost of the additional equipment required. Although we were really happy with the security system…
Installer Kenny was very nice and professional. Explained all of the features of the security system and answered all my questions no. Very pleased.
The installation service was great. The technician was punctual and very thorough, though he did have problems troubleshooting a window contact sensor (remains to be resolved).
They were great from start to finish
Our installation went very smooth and timely. We feel very secure now.
Very Professional and knowledgeable of all components. Provided excellent training on the functions of system.
The tech was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions!
Excellent installation! Overall, system is good, but not quite as good as my previous system.
All went well except he didn’t seal the exterior hole he made in the house for the camera.
Customer service is okay
Knowledgeable and patient with the explaining of the security system. Walked us through each step and function.
Great
Unprofessional, uncaring, not responsive in a timely manner. Camera install was canceled due to the tech having Covid. No one followed up with me, I've called weekly...now almost 3 months later I still have no cameras! I want to cancel due to being the situation being so mishandled for so long, and they are trying…
Tech was a bit sloppy. Left old ADT junk. Where the previous control panel was; installed new exposing a wall hole instead of making sure the new panel was positioned correctly to cover the hole.
Installation was quick and not invasive at all.
They were installing in our new home. Installer made recommendations for trading some free sensors for others for free that would work better.
Was very fast and efficient. Got what I asked for.
The representative was very knowledgeable about adt use & services. Installation went very quick & I'm satisfied w/his work.
Shane Did A Great job Installing Our Security System, We Would Recommend Him to Anyone Who wants And Needs A Security System.
The Installer was both businesslike & personable. He answered all my questions & managed to make me feel completely comfortable with the experience. others. (& probably will) recommend Secure24 Alarm Systems to others.
Installation was easy. Love that we can arm stay & arm away from our mobile phones , & all updates that go to our phone. I would definitely recommend ADT.
Great security. Happy to have it.
Very professional and was able to teach a new homeowner the perks and ease of use of security system. Install was done in about an hour with no issues.
After only a little over three weeks of service, I started to get low battery alerts and sensor malfunction alerts. I called and I am still waiting to hear back from ADT.
It's the security knowing, that you are in Good hands.
Technician was very professional and experienced. Worked to minimize our disruption. Arrived on time and reviewed our needs before starting the installation.
The service tech that installed the unit was very kind and professional.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER AND GO WITH ADT DIRECTLY! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY HAVE REPS ANSWER CALL FROM HOME AND THEY DO NOT CARE. TECHS CANCEL INSTALLATIONS WITHOUT NOTICE! SUPERVISORS NEVER CALL BACK AND THIS IS A MESS. CURRENTLY WORKING WITH A LAWYER! STAY AWAY
Avoid this company at all costs. These guys are documented crooks, a reputation they carry with those in the alarm industry. Further, the man at the top, Jim Roussin is not only unprofessional—he's proud of it. Secure24 sent an installer, Darin Watson, to my 3-story house, who made several mistakes. Darin…
Worse service ever and even worst customer service!!! BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO DEAL WITH SECURE 24! They do not resolve their issues and do not honor ANY KIND OF GUARANTEE!
Do not go with this retailer! We’ve had nothing but issues since signing up with the rebate that was promised, installment issues, and the refund that was promised for said issues. Customer service is extremely problematic; they’ll just drop your call or leave you on hold. When someone does pick up they claim they…
