If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. The tech that installed wanted $1500 upfront for equipment, without giving any sort of notice. Once we cancelled, the tech showed up to uninstall what he did, and was RUDE AS HELL. Never again, and I’ll tell everyone our experience. Awful customer service.

Mike an outstanding job installing the ADT system. Gave me insight to all the features and help setup everything. Also had a great conversation the entire time while he worked.
I had Secure 24 install my security system for my new condo. A couple of days later I noticed that the security panel was not level and that the second sliding glass door didn’t have a sensor on it while the first one did. I called ADT who said that someone would contact me. Three weeks later without hearing from anyone, I called Secure 24, The representative told me that I would have to pay for a service call to fix the issues which should have been done during the free installation. My question is “Why wouldn’t a company make good on work that should have already been done?” I definitely would not recommend Secure 24 or ADT at this point. I am waiting for a “manager” to call me. I hope that customer service is not totally dead yet.
