I became a client of CityWide about 5 years ago when I met the owners at a show and learned of their capacities in alarm and camera systems. They put in a system according to my request and I’ve been impressed with their interest in taking care of our needs related to the system since installation. Every contact with them has been resolved immediately and concisely.
Fast forward to now, due to operator error (me) the system went dark because of a water related issue. Know that we are 100+ miles away from StL, Trey was dispatched to get us back up. He was exactly on time as planned and brought every conceivable component that might be needed to get us up and running. A quick inspection and diagnosis and he began changing out components. He was extremely efficient and knowledgeable and his diagnosis was spot on! He worked until the system lit back up and the various fault codes were eliminated. He had to reinstall the system on my iPad as well as my wife’s and my iPhones. As we are both in our late 70’s, tech explanations and such are not easy for us to understand, however Trey was extremely patient with us and never changed subjects until we demonstrated complete comprehension of the subject matter. We are very comfortable with how the system performs and especially pleased with Trey from CityWide as well as CityWide ownership/management. While our system is residential in nature, I feel very comfortable recommending CityWide for commercial and industrial installations as well. CityWide is a very professional operation that has never promised more than they delivered and I highly recommend them to the residential and business communities of St. Louis.
