Follow up on final installation was hassle that required call to main service center. Local authorized dealer did not return calls, four in total. Recorded voice said 24hr call back, which no call ever received. Installer was polite, worked quickly and knew his stuff.

Personable install tech, with lots of knowledge, and common sense advice reasoning behind what he was suggesting. He was able to get us a package that we were happy with, and feeling secure in our new home.

I would have given them 5 stars except that there has been issues with the Co2/smoke detectors and I was told that a separate contractor installed them and apparently they won't schedule an appointment unless someone is at the home.
Service is awesome. Hubby rests easy at night knowing we are protected. Would have given 5 stars but I was told we qualify for a certain amount of free products. Not only were we misled about what we would receive, contacting ADT over payment issues or Secure24 for servicing issues is a complete waste of time. Then wanting over $800 to cancel a contract for a service that is useless. I could be throwing money into a fire for my monthly payment and it would be more beneficial.

Tech was a bit sloppy. Left old ADT junk. Where the previous control panel was; installed new exposing a wall hole instead of making sure the new panel was positioned correctly to cover the hole.
