Reviewers consistently praise the loan agency for its fast, efficient, and helpful customer service, noting that staff members are patient, friendly, and clear in their explanations. The approval process is frequently described as quick and straightforward, with customers appreciating the cooperative nature of the team. A recurring criticism from low-star reviews involves unsolicited phone calls to individuals who have never visited the location, although these complaints are rare compared to the high volume of positive feedback regarding the ease of obtaining loans.
