I called Semper Fi and never got a call back. However, the owner eventually called and apologized for the oversight. I needed a toilet removed, a new seal and flange placed and the toilet replaced. There are not even words to describe how incredibly happy I am with the work done at my house. I had a drain in my floor that was possibly harboring dead bodies, with how badly it smelled.
