I wasn't here but my husband said Dylan did a great job 👏
Great job by Zack in servicing our air conditioning unit. Also helpful in follow up reminders of other services I need to consider. On time and very pleasant service tech.
Between Paula and Dylan, they took care of all my issues quickly, communicated well and helped me out in a tough spot. 5 stars for both of them. If it was up to me, both of them should get a FAT holiday bonus. Seriously, they did a great job.
I wish I could check all four options. My old gas furnace took its final breath last Saturday morning. Drew was at my home on Monday to give the estimate and discuss my options, and by Tuesday afternoon I had a new furnace and a toasty warm home. Great service all around from Meg in the office to Drew to the…
Best customer service experience always. Communication top notch! Dylan did a tuneup for the air conditioner and provided professional service with great communication and photos of the issue. He left everything the way he found it. I’ve had Serenity Air for over six years and very happy with the company.
Bill arrived on time; very personable and informative about the unit. He checked all the vitals; he was very thorough in the inspection. He also cleaned the condensation drain pipe. He was happy that I clean the air handler filtration system every month for peak filtration efficiency. If you are looking for a great…

Samuel just finished our yearly maintenance on our air conditioner. He was very professional from putting on booties to protect our carpet to explaining everything that was done clearly. We are happy we chose Serenity Air for our A/C install and they continue to provide great service.

The entire install team was very professional. Big shout out to EJ for his assistance in making the corrections required by the state mechanical inspector. All around quality work! Very happy with the system and service. Very competitive pricing.
Serenity is always professional, responsive, reasonable, honest and fair. We’ve been using them for many years and have always been impressed with each technician. We were so happy to see they covered the Graham area when we moved. Can’t recommend them any more highly.
Devin was wonderful very professional and friendly. He set up our a/c system and got it all up and running! Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond as far as to change our filter for us.
