Great service all around from the scheduler Meg, to Luke the technician. Answered all my questions, offered good advice, and gave a great discounted rate to pay for 3 years of service in advance. I liked this idea to help me not forget the next couple service. I would recommend Serenity Air for electric heat pump and gas furnace services.
Luke was a fantastic person. He came out and took care of our systems and didn't think twice to say "No we don't do that." The company goes above and beyond to take care of everything from beginning to end. The cost was inexpensive for the peace of mind we received.
