These guys are fantastic. I had another company before Serenity. I was told by other company that parts needed to be replaced. I wanted another opinion. Serenity was very professional and fast response. The parts that were in question were not bad which is what I suspected. Great company!

We met with Shawn Taylor of Serenity Air Heating and Air Conditioning. Shawn was recommended by friends who own Kanon Electric. We were extremely impressed with Shawn’s expertise and knowledge of the business as well as the product he presented means that we will likely purchase our new system from them.

Between Paula and Dylan, they took care of all my issues quickly, communicated well and helped me out in a tough spot. 5 stars for both of them. If it was up to me, both of them should get a FAT holiday bonus. Seriously, they did a great job.
