Great job by Zack in servicing our air conditioning unit. Also helpful in follow up reminders of other services I need to consider. On time and very pleasant service tech.

Dylan provided exceptional service addressing an odor near the mini-split system—including searching the crawl space—and completing unplanned system enhancements during the same visit. We greatly appreciate his excellent work! Thank you!

Bill was very thoughtful and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him.

These guys are fantastic. I had another company before Serenity. I was told by other company that parts needed to be replaced. I wanted another opinion. Serenity was very professional and fast response. The parts that were in question were not bad which is what I suspected. Great company!

Zak answered all my questions and gave me some good advice.

Very pleased with the installation of my new furnace. Everyone was very good about communicating with me. The service was prompt, done well & all for a very fair price. I would recommend this company for all your heating needs.

Fast, respectful, and knowledgeable.

So glad that Serenity Air was recommended to me; Drew, Amber, Paula, and Eric were all so helpful. They made the process enjoyable! I highly recommend them!

Aaron is a phenomenal technician who does excellent work! He has done several annual service visits over the years and he never disappoints.

Zack was absolutely the BEST! He was so polite, knowledgeable and kind. I had major surgery 7 weeks ago and am doing well. However once in awhile I have to use my cane. Today was one of them. I asked if he would mind putting my garbage cans in the garage. He said of course he was happy to do that for me. Then, he… Read full review

Zach was great. He explained everything he did and made recommendations. Most importantly, he showed us how to use the register since we recently purchased this house and missed the initial installation. Very happy with the service today! Thanks.

Dylan did troubleshooting and repairing, replacing a correct part in a timely manner. Thanks and I highly recommend.

Great service.

We met with Shawn Taylor of Serenity Air Heating and Air Conditioning. Shawn was recommended by friends who own Kanon Electric. We were extremely impressed with Shawn’s expertise and knowledge of the business as well as the product he presented means that we will likely purchase our new system from them.

We are regular customers of Serenity Air. We purchased our HVAC from them quite a while ago now. Service Technician Bill just came by for the regular winter maintenance. As always, he was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. A+. We also like how they have new products on offer, so we can improve our air management… Read full review

Between Paula and Dylan, they took care of all my issues quickly, communicated well and helped me out in a tough spot. 5 stars for both of them. If it was up to me, both of them should get a FAT holiday bonus. Seriously, they did a great job.

Thorough, kind, and positive service-always so informative!

They did an excellent job on installing my AC. Michael and his helper did a great job installing my AC. Michael showed me how to use it afterwards and didn't mind me asking questions about the AC. Serenity air also sent out one of there worker's to do a follow up a few weeks later just to check out how the system… Read full review

I wish I could check all four options. My old gas furnace took its final breath last Saturday morning. Drew was at my home on Monday to give the estimate and discuss my options, and by Tuesday afternoon I had a new furnace and a toasty warm home. Bill was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and programmed my new thermostat so I did not have to bumble through on my own. I feel confident going into winter that my heat pump and furnace are ready

Paula quickly coordinated a reps visit when I had an issue. Bill was great - friendly and knowledgable, with good advice for any future problems. Excellent communication from everyone I've dealt with there. Serenity continues to earn my trust with workers like him. Thanks!

These guys are always professional/experienced and fast to respond to all issues. I have used for over 12 years and would highly recommend them for all your heating & cooling needs.

Austin is very good. He is dealing with our on going issue of no heat from a kitchen vent. He has been problem solving the issue with us. Issue continues as we look at cause/solutions. He’s very helpful.

Always courteous and professional. I have worked with them on multiple occasions. Shawn was my comfort advisor on my new furnace purchase, Chase and Eric were my installers, and Drew did my follow up after the install to make sure everything was working well and go over details.

Personable technician who explains issues, presents options without trying to sell services or products.

They always respond in a timely manner and don’t try to upsale on items or services! An honest company!

Austin was very helpful and got our unit working again no problem, very informative.

Quick and efficient which is what I need to keep my aging system performing.

Serenity is awesome! I had their Platinum maintenance done. It was very thorough and the tech, Aaron, was great, friendly and professional. He was there for several hours and didn’t mind when I would check how things were going and took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend Serenity Air!!!

The service technician provided awesome work as he serviced our AC unit. We were very pleased with his attention to detail and his willingness to answer questions.

Serenity air were great they were on time very professional, knowledgeable, and took time to explain what was needed and what they were doing. Thank you Aaron and Austin

I've used Serenity Air for maintenance for multiple years. The previous homeowners used them to install the HVAC system and I've continued using them as they are one of the few Trane certified companies. Their prices are reasonable and I like the membership so I or my tenants, can call any time an issue arises.

Just stop looking and give these guys a call! Our furnace decided to stop working right in middle of winter. They came over immediately to find the problem. Sadly the furnace was done for. We got a few bids from other hvac companies and Serenity Air had the best price for a better furnace by a long shot. We hands… Read full review

Austin was out this morning to service our Trane heat pump system. He promptly resolved all of our issues. Austin also went over filter maintenance, and he signed us up for Serenity's Silver system maintenance plan. The system is now ready to heat our home this winter. Thank you Austin and thank you Serenity.

They were so awsome I had no heat for 2 days I called at 400 and luke came out and fixed my hvac in 20 minutes so thankful for heat. Also the woman I wish I remember her name was so sweet and quick getting me the help I needed fast. Thank you guys I recommend this company.

Great service all around from the scheduler Meg, to Luke the technician. Answered all my questions, offered good advice, and gave a great discounted rate to pay for 3 years of service in advance. I liked this idea to help me not forget the next couple service. I would recommend Serenity Air for electric heat pump and gas furnace services.

Luke is a consummate professional. He explained things very well, and did a fantastic job with our furnace. We are extremely happy with Serenity Air.... couldn’t recommend them more!

The tech was very good and knowledgeable, and friendly. Very good service.

Luke was a fantastic person. He came out and took care of our systems and didn't think twice to say "No we don't do that." The company goes above and beyond to take care of everything from beginning to end. The cost was inexpensive for the peace of mind we received. Overall, I highly recommend Serenity Air for their professionalism and customer service.

I was able to schedule an appointment just a couple days after I called. The technician arrived promptly and let me know what he was doing and how the system was. My system had suddenly went out back in November and we used space heaters for winter/early spring and then fans for spring/summer. The tech was able to… Read full review
