I was impressed with all their work. Flu season made it take a little longer than anticipated, but my house is warm and I’m happy.

Serenity Air people are the nicest, most efficient in the business that I’ve met. They take care of all of my heating needs and are always up front about everything. I highly recommend them.

Serenity Air was extremely professional from our initial contact with Shawn Taylor, until the heating and cooling system was installed and completed. Shawn was excellent at communicating our options and telling us what his company was all about. Both technicians were very pleasant and friendly. The employees seemed to do quality work.

We were without our ac and called Serenity. They came out looked at our ac and furnace. It turns out that our system was too small for our sq ft and our ac was broken, which we already knew. We looked at all our options and went with a new ac/furnace and will be saving on our energy bill. We are now enjoying our comfortable home.

Bill Taylor did a great job as always on our spring service and maintenance. Were so glad we chose Serenity Air Heating & Air Conditioning for our new install and annual service.

I won’t recommend it I bought over $17,000 unit not even eight months ago got plays it on June 2023 of units. This was a diagnostic appointment to see what was wrong with furnace. They were on time, friendly, communicative, informative, gave me multiple options on how to proceed. Once I have the new furnace installed, then I will post comment on the quality and value.

Installed a heat pump with new furnace. Installation was quick. Initially the unit had issues but those were taken care of quickly and painlessly. Would highly recommend them!

The whole experience with Serenity Air was great, from the initial consultation with their sales team to the installation of the AC and heating units. Can't recommend them enough.

I consider serenity air is a very professional and reliable they stick to their word they were here on time they did the install in a professional manner. They explained the whole system to me. Best thing is they come back for annual check ups no more worries the house feels great.

From start to finish I had a great experience with Serenity. Communication was solid, ,everything was explained well, and the installers did a really nice job on the furnace & AC installation. Real professionals!

The service was exceptional. Everything was completed as scheduled. All of the technicians and staff personnel were very professional and personable. I would recommend Serenity Air to anyone and use them again without hesitation.
