Serenity Air Heating & Air Conditioning

I was impressed with all their work. Flu season made it take a little longer than anticipated, but my house is warm and I’m happy.

Serenity Air people are the nicest, most efficient in the business that I’ve met. They take care of all of my heating needs and are always up front about everything. I highly recommend them.

So appreciate Serenity for sending Dylan to help us figure out the thermostat functions. Great customer service

Serenity Air was extremely professional from our initial contact with Shawn Taylor, until the heating and cooling system was installed and completed. Shawn was excellent at communicating our options and telling us what his company was all about. Both technicians were very pleasant and friendly. The employees seemed to do quality work.

We were without our ac and called Serenity. They came out looked at our ac and furnace. It turns out that our system was too small for our sq ft and our ac was broken, which we already knew. We looked at all our options and went with a new ac/furnace and will be saving on our energy bill. We are now enjoying our comfortable home.

New ac and furnace, great service, fast service and friendly service from a family owned business.

With 500+ reviews & 4.9 stars, we included Serenity (Trane) in a bid for a high quality, US-made furnace and did the same with 3 other pros selling American Standard, Lennox, & Carrier. After physically meeting everyone, walking thru the project & bid review, Serenity was the clear winner. Shawn was competitive,… Read full review

Bill Taylor did a great job as always on our spring service and maintenance. Were so glad we chose Serenity Air Heating & Air Conditioning for our new install and annual service.

I won’t recommend it I bought over $17,000 unit not even eight months ago got plays it on June 2023 of units. The motor is have issues and I called him and they came and that is my fault about the unit it broken down. I experienced nothing but great service from office staff to crew! Thank you for immediately helping me when I needed a quick check on a concern I had. I highly recommend this company!!

We enjoyed working with the installation staff - Eric, EJ, Aaron, Chase, Drew and John. Paula and Amber in the office were very helpful throughout the project

This was a diagnostic appointment to see what was wrong with furnace. They were on time, friendly, communicative, informative, gave me multiple options on how to proceed. Once I have the new furnace installed, then I will post comment on the quality and value.

Installed a heat pump with new furnace. Installation was quick. Initially the unit had issues but those were taken care of quickly and painlessly. Would highly recommend them!

The whole experience with Serenity Air was great, from the initial consultation with their sales team to the installation of the AC and heating units. Can't recommend them enough.

I consider serenity air is a very professional and reliable they stick to their word they were here on time they did the install in a professional manner. They explained the whole system to me. Best thing is they come back for annual check ups no more worries the house feels great.

Everyone I have encountered at SerenityAir has been professional beyond what I have experienced in many other businesses. Always on time, follow-up calls to remind me of upcoming appointments....one cannot ask for more. Their pricing was several thousand lower than others who came to provide an estimate for a… Read full review

Excellent customer service from both the techs and the in office personnel.

Price is right and service is great.

Originally, Serenity Air had been providing us with air conditioning repair services. It was during one of these instances, we told our technician, Austin about our desire to replace our A/C and would like to see what options were available. Within a couple of days, Amber from Serenity contacted us to schedule an… Read full review

Shawn and Eric did our heating and AC install, very professional and answered all our questions. Drew was a great salesperson and was the main reason we chose Serenity out of the numerous quotes we received.

We were recommended them from my work. They came out assessed our old furnace(25+ years old) and recommended a new one. As new home owners it is frustrating to have a big expense but Serenity team(Amber, Drew, Austin, Michael, and anyone I may have missed) all went above and beyond to make the experience as… Read full review

Took care of me from quote to build, and the system kept me cool through the record heat this summer and cut my heating bill by alot. Very satisfied.

Very professional. Did not pressure into purchasing A/C like another company did. Very through. Great communication from Drew and the install team. Great followup and overall extremely pleased.

Awesome Heating & Air Business in Puyallup after taking multiple bids from other competitors Serenity Air for a New Furnace. Where to begin? Aaah Yes I had a Trane XR 80 Furnace that lasted 17 plus years. Unbelievable on how long it lasted without any maintenance issues till this past winter. I had to do a… Read full review

Everyone was easy to work with. I had a scheduling problem and they were more than happy to help me with it. The installation crew showed up on time, did a professional job, and finished on time. Thanks!

We recently had a new furnace and heat pump installed by Serenity Air. From the initial scheduling to the install everything went very smoothly. The installation itself hit a snag when one of the components for the outdoor unit was bad and the factory wanted to take 3 weeks to ship out a new component, however the… Read full review
