Our technician Bill was amazing. On time, kind, considerate, efficient, caring, and knowledgeable. He was doing a maintenance check on our furnace we purchased a year ago from Serenity. Highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs!
Bill performed our semiannual preventive maintenance inspection on our Trane heat pump on 10/18/26. I found Bill to be friendly, thorough and just a real kind man. Thank you for the excellent service! Jerrar and Joshua did an outstanding job of installing our new Trane heat pump and air handler! They were…
Very efficient and informative.
Dylan serviced our heating system and got us all prepared for the winter ahead. He is always a pleasure to work with!
Great experience with this company! Appreciate their honesty
Serenity Air people are the nicest, most efficient in the business that I’ve met. They take care of all of my heating needs and are always up front about everything. I highly recommend them.
Great communication and timely service. This was for furnace maintenance and I did elect to have blower cleaned too. Would use this company again !
I wasn't here but my husband said Dylan did a great job 👏
Had a semi-annual maintenance of my gas furnace. The tech who did it, Zach, was extremely knowledgeable of the system and showed me several of the safety features on the furnace. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the service I received from Serenity Air.
Very professional, courteous and thorough. Highly recommended for all HVAC work.
Great family owned local company! I would highly recommend.
I experienced nothing but great service from office staff to crew! Thank you for immediately helping me when I needed a quick check on a concern I had. I highly recommend this company!!
Installed a heat pump with new furnace. Installation was quick. Initially the unit had issues but those were taken care of quickly and painlessly. Would highly recommend them!
Our technician, Caleb, showed up when he said he would, and was incredibly pleasant, professional, and informative about what we did (and did not) need serviced. I would be thrilled if Caleb was our technician next time, but my guess is that all of their technicians are that good.
Serenity is always professional, responsive, reasonable, honest and fair. We’ve been using them for many years and have always been impressed with each technician. We were so happy to see they covered the Graham area when we moved. Can’t recommend them any more highly.
Update: FIVE STARS+ Serenity helped us get our old furnace thru last winter. This year we're finally able to replace our ancient system and of course we had Serenity do the work. It is so easy to work with them! They arranged everything, coordinated the electricians, arrived promptly, worked quietly and my…
The team was great!! Very friendly with great communication. Love that you get a call and text with information about the technician and team that will arrive at your home, this process made me feel a lot safer with everything that’s going on these day! Keep up the good work guy’s!!!
They were on time and professional. Explained to be everything they looked at and serviced..
Luke was the technician. He was polite and knowledgeable. Called ahead of time to give ETA. Quick and efficient. Made sure I had no other questions before leaving.
Luke was a fantastic person. He came out and took care of our systems and didn't think twice to say "No we don't do that." The company goes above and beyond to take care of everything from beginning to end. The cost was inexpensive for the peace of mind we received. Overall, I highly recommend Serenity Air for their professionalism and customer service.
