Had a semi-annual maintenance of my gas furnace. The tech who did it, Zach, was extremely knowledgeable of the system and showed me several of the safety features on the furnace. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the service I received from Serenity Air.

Installed a heat pump with new furnace. Installation was quick. Initially the unit had issues but those were taken care of quickly and painlessly. Would highly recommend them!
Our technician, Caleb, showed up when he said he would, and was incredibly pleasant, professional, and informative about what we did (and did not) need serviced. I would be thrilled if Caleb was our technician next time, but my guess is that all of their technicians are that good.
Serenity is always professional, responsive, reasonable, honest and fair. We’ve been using them for many years and have always been impressed with each technician. We were so happy to see they covered the Graham area when we moved. Can’t recommend them any more highly.

Luke was the technician. He was polite and knowledgeable. Called ahead of time to give ETA. Quick and efficient. Made sure I had no other questions before leaving.
Luke was a fantastic person. He came out and took care of our systems and didn't think twice to say "No we don't do that." The company goes above and beyond to take care of everything from beginning to end. The cost was inexpensive for the peace of mind we received.
