We have an old furnace that stopped working and Serenity technician Dylan was great. He helped figure out what might be causing the issues, and while many companies might have just jumped right to replacing our system, he walked me through some short term solutions and offered an estimate for fixing our current…
Great experience with this company! Appreciate their honesty
We were very pleased with the service from Serenity Air. Austin was efficient and helpful and we got our heat back. Would recommend this company to family and friends.
Between Paula and Dylan, they took care of all my issues quickly, communicated well and helped me out in a tough spot. 5 stars for both of them. If it was up to me, both of them should get a FAT holiday bonus. Seriously, they did a great job.
Bob was informative, helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service. Scheduling services are lacking however.
Serenity Air arrived the same day we called concerned about an electrical burning smell coming from the heat vents. Bill investigated thoroughly but a problem could not be found. Bill was very thorough in his search and answered all my questions. We have had Serenity Air service our furnace a couple times over the…
Pleasant technician who took our concerns to heart to make our home comfortable with clean air.
After calling around a few different places and either getting hung up on after 20 minutes with sears and others not having availability, I called them and talked with Paula. She was the only one within all the companies I called to assist me over the phone in trying to figure out if it was a simple issue and it was…
Professional and outstanding service!
Customer Service Representative "Paula" was awesome! Professional, friendly, kind and super helpful!!! Set me up with an appointment, then assisted me in a "next day" appointment, so that my household wasn't cold. In comes Technician Bill, who was also Professional, friendly, kind and super helpful!!! Fixed the…
Serenity is always professional, responsive, reasonable, honest and fair. We’ve been using them for many years and have always been impressed with each technician. We were so happy to see they covered the Graham area when we moved. Can’t recommend them any more highly.
Excellent customer service from both the techs and the in office personnel.
Update: FIVE STARS+ Serenity helped us get our old furnace thru last winter. This year we're finally able to replace our ancient system and of course we had Serenity do the work. It is so easy to work with them! They arranged everything, coordinated the electricians, arrived promptly, worked quietly and my…
When our furnace quit working I called around trying to get someone to come out for repair. While every other company told me at least 2 days, Paula at Serenity Air Heating & Air Conditioning went out of her way to work us in for a same day appointment. Austin came out and spent a considerable amount of time working…
Price is right and service is great.
Our fan was continually running; we had to throw the breaker. Bill trouble shot the problem to a short in the fan control board. He was able to work around the problem by jumper if around it. After he left the heat pump started to ‘short cycle’ . Again I threw the breaker to protect the system. Bill came back…
😄 drew & team did a wonderfull job!
The service I received was either dishonest, incompetent, or both. My furnace was not heating my home properly. The technician opened the front of my furnace, jiggled a few wires and told me it was temporarily fixed but I needed to replace my furnace to avoid future problems. I repeatedly asked what was wrong…
The repair technician was very friendly and completed the repairs quickly. I would recommend Serenity Air to eveyone I know. I will use them again for my HVAC needs.
I was able to schedule an appointment just a couple days after I called. The technician arrived promptly and let me know what he was doing and how the system was. My system had suddenly went out back in November and we used space heaters for winter/early spring and then fans for spring/summer. The tech was able to…
