We had a heat pump installed in a single day from these guys. Great job and easy to work with, especially Paula in the office.

I was impressed with all their work. Flu season made it take a little longer than anticipated, but my house is warm and I’m happy.

So appreciate Serenity for sending Dylan to help us figure out the thermostat functions. Great customer service

Serenity Air was extremely professional from our initial contact with Shawn Taylor, until the heating and cooling system was installed and completed. Shawn was excellent at communicating our options and telling us what his company was all about. Both technicians were very pleasant and friendly. The employees seemed to do quality work.

I won’t recommend it I bought over $17,000 unit not even eight months ago got plays it on June 2023 of units. Drew spent a bunch of time helping me understand the systems and the differences between them so I could make a well informed decision, Austin, Eric, Chase and Ej did a great job on the install with periodic updates throughout and the final product was so clean you wouldn't know that it has all just been redone.

I consider serenity air is a very professional and reliable they stick to their word they were here on time they did the install in a professional manner. They explained the whole system to me. Best thing is they come back for annual check ups no more worries the house feels great.

The entire install team was very professional. Big shout out to EJ for his assistance in making the corrections required by the state mechanical inspector. All around quality work! Very happy with the system and service. Very competitive pricing.

From start to finish, the Serenity team was professional, honest, and friendly. We have a unique furnace location and they found just the right unit and were able to install it in less than 4 hours. They also came in $2k under the other bid I got. You save money but get a superior product and service. Does it get any better?
