Tyler was excellent, very caring, nice, friendly, and helpful. Instead of replacing the disposal, which we had planned and purchased, he instead of worked for a bit to figure out how to fix it instead, which saved us a lot of labor cost plus I can return the disposal and save another $150. He was also just a pleasure to have around and courteous.
