If I could give Service Force more than five stars, I would. They are consummate professionals, responding quickly to new service requests, arriving on time, delivering on budget (with the price known in advance), and explaining any issues that may arise along the way. We've used them for water heater replacement,…
Finally getting around to provide this review after several plumbing services have been performed by Service Force over the past couple of years. Roy and Hendrik are amazing and Roy will make sure he sends the right person for the job. The first was a main sewer line clog that Harold identified and expertly…
Excellent service. Tyler did a great job. Very thorough and professional.
I have used Service Force Plumbing for both my home and business now. They are very responsive and come ASAP when I call. Tyler and Harold were both very professional and clearly explained any issues. I will always call them when I have p-plumbing needs!
I had an excellent experience with this company. They deserve their 5-star rating.
Service Force Plumbing replaced our leaking tank water heater in less than 24 hours of it failing. After much education from Roy (who quickly answered every call) and a same morning site survey by Hendrik, we were able to make an informed decision and switch to tankless. Their job team arrived within an hour of…
My service rep was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My repair was tricky and he was very thoughtful and dilgent trying to minimize any mess or inconvenience for me. I very much appreciated everything he did. I will use them again.
They were quick on time and worked with me on payment options. Fantastic service!
My washing machine drain was backing up. The plumber who first came to see it was unable to fix the problem and recommended a very expensive solution. So I called Service Force Plumbing for a second opinion. I am glad I did! Roy Barnes (the owner) got back to me promptly, got all the details, and scheduled a visit…
Had a toilet seal fail along with some other miscellaneous plumbing jobs we had been saving up. Called Service Force and Tyler came out within an hour and gave us an estimate on the jobs. Very satisfied with the professional service provided. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

My main water line blew on a Friday. They were out 40 minutes after I called them and quoted me an extremely reasonable price!!! I had water by Monday afternoon and Tuesday my driveway was finished. They are for lack of a better word, AWESOME!!!! You have a customer for life!!! Thank you Ginger!!!!!

Harold is a rockstar, has come to our house for several jobs, always punctuonal, kind, covid mask safety without asking, and proactively does more than originally asked.
The main water line from the WSSC shut off to our home cracked and we had a geyser on our front lawn. Service Force Plumbing was able to come and assess our situation and offered prompt service. Trey explained how they would replace the pipe, made all the arrangements with WSSC and Miss Utility and was very I…
Roy was a great POC for this service, always communicative, very punctual, quick to respond to your inquiries and also very patient in explaining things in laymen's terms. He was also the only plumber who did not ask for an "inspection fee", or "camera fee", etc., and did not break my bank before even diagnosing the…

I had a very complicated main sewer line issue and Roy from SFP guided me through the issue to help me resolve it. They go above and beyond all the other companies to make sure the job is done right the first time. They provide service you will not get from any larger company.
Call the number on the web site at 6:00 pm and a human answered the phone, the gentlemen that answered the was Roy. I explained to him what was going on and he asked to call me back to verify with his crew when they would be there, within 5 minutes I got a callback with a eta, they were right on time. The two techs…
Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Not only was the entire job done to perfection, they also explained what was causing the issue and how they where going to repair it! Highly recommend for any plumbing or other house repairs!
These guys are GREAT! They did a fairly large project replacing all of our lateral piping in our basement (we have a 70 yr old house) and also helping us running piping for a new washer/dryer hook up in a basement. Right after they left for the major project, our water heater busted and they came back within a few…
Guys made it out on a Friday. Got me through the weekend.
