First oil change and service on Tahoe 4450 miles. Also discussed short loss of power and other issues that I wanted documented on my records. Service was good.

Great dealership. I have purchased numerous preowned vehicles from Rhinelander gm, over the past 15 years or so. All our service work is done here as well. Including purchasing tires here, with free rotation for the life of the tire. Plus the cost was competitive with Tire Rack.

Everyone was nice and courteous. The only thing I did not care for was the up charge of 3 percent because I used a credit card! In my opinion, that's a scam! That alone will way in on my decision if I'm going to buy new 2500HD or not. That's why 3 stars not 5.

Had service performed, very quick and professional.
Received an oil change and new wipers. This was my first time at Rhinelander Chevrolet GMC Cadillac for service, but since buying my Mitsubishi, I wasn't sure where to go. I bought it from the Auto Group, so it only made since to take it here. It was a pleasant experience. Next time, I have to remember my coupon though. :-)
