First oil change and service on Tahoe 4450 miles. Also discussed short loss of power and other issues that I wanted documented on my records. Service was good.
Fast courteous service. Had a leaking tire. They got us right in without an appointment and repaired leak!
The service department was extremely unhelpful. I called to have a specific part replaced on the truck. They quoted me 2 extra hours for labor more than anyone else, disconnected me from the call and were not very knowledgeable.

Extremely happy with the entire staff at Rhinelander Chevrolet GMC Cadillac. They truly care for their customers and give them the best quality pricing and service. Will definitely come back again and highly recommend to other consumers. We did purchase our Acadia from them and totally love it.

Great dealership. I have purchased numerous preowned vehicles from Rhinelander gm, over the past 15 years or so. All our service work is done here as well. Including purchasing tires here, with free rotation for the life of the tire. Plus the cost was competitive with Tire Rack.
