I can't say enough good things about this experience! When my SUV was in the shop and one of my vehicle batteries died, I was so grateful to be able to call and get help. They went above and beyond by bringing a brand-new battery right to my home and installing it on the spot!

This is the only shop I will bring my vehicle to in Rhinelander. Sam is always straight shooter tells you the problem what it will cost to fix and get the job down right. He's willing to stay after to get the work done even if its over what the estimated time was and not charge extra. He would allow me to see what is actually wrong or broken with my own eyes before any work starts. They have worked on a few different things with me and stand by their work if there's a problem afterwards.
