Service is great, scheduling needs some understanding. I do feel being a member has lost some of its value.

Mitchell is professional, knowledgeable, personable and took his time in providing adequate details to the service being done. He was patient in answering all my questions and providing requested guidance.

Tamara did an excellent job. Service One has been great every time I’ve had them out. (Plus, there was no charge for the plumbing inspection.)

Mark with Service one made a call to my home today. He thoroughly checked out my Heater and A.C. System and informed me of all the issues I had. He explained the issues in detail, repaired issues on site and came up with a plan to address my future needs. Thanks Mark for your help and professionalism!

Service was on time and discussed options for repairs and system replacement.

As part of my home maintenance package, I get annual check-ups for the AC and Furnace. Mike McBreen came out this morning and inspected our system. Mike was very knowledgeable and looked everything over. No problems were found.

Mark did a great job. Explained everything thoroughly while operating quickly. Highly recommend.

Brian was prompt and professional. Provided quality service in a quick and efficient manner.

Maliwas great. He was able to get my AC up and running until the part came in. He was back out a few days later and get the part installed.

Preston and Israel did an excellent job on our A/C repair! Communication was excellent. They were efficient and timely!

Malo was superb. Super friendly an very knowledgeable. Worked hard. Cleaned the air-conditioner very well as it needed it. I saw what he had to do to clean it and whoever designs these units needs to do a better job and make it easier for maintenance. Would save the company a ton of money in time safety. Would definitely recommend Malo he was great.

The tech recommended services and gave estimates and allowed me to decide which ones I wanted to do. The tech explained which services were more urgent than others so I could make the decision on what repairs to do.

They have done a great job every time I have needed them. They are very clear about their work and their pricing.

Service One was out within hours of me calling to fix my AC! They were quick, didn't over charge or upsell and Jeremy was wonderful! I was very happy with their prompt and professional service!! They are always great for our maintenance checks, too!

Had our annual AC and furnace checkup. The tech was friendly, courteous, and timely. Service One once again proved the value of their plans, as we saved a few hundred dollars today on repairs to the furnace blower motor that were covered under the Gold Plan. Thanks Service One!

While I'm not the home-owner (dave), I rent the room in the basement that the HVAC system is in and am directly affected by the work being done 2 feet from my recliner chair. Alan was professional, friendly, patient with the incessant whining and barking of our dog. He also provided quick and thorough service of our A/C unit, and provided sound advice on what caused our issue, and how to prevent it in the future. We will call ServiceOne for future HVAC maintenance and repair, and consider their other services as well.

Alan has done our annual furnace inspection every year and he is very thorough and does a great job. This summer our ac went out on the hottest day of the year. I was not expecting Service One to come out right away, but they fit us into the schedule immediately. Alan got it back up and operational in a timely manner. Thank you!
