Lucas did a great job on our furnace and also has done all of our work on the air conditioner. He also was able to help bring in two big heavy bags of salt for a soft water Softener.

Technician was fine, but I am upset that I had to pay my service fee when he was here for less than 5 minutes only to tell me everything was normal. Couldn’t they have told me that over the phone when I described my concern? Honestly I don’t know why I keep paying for a warranty.

Great customer service! Helped explain everything well I would understand. Even went out if his way to help change a light bulb I could not reach.

They have been nothing but excellent in all the years we have been with them. Jolene is very knowledgeable and friendly. Dean Barbee was very polite and thorough. He explained preventative measures we can take to extend the life of our furnace and showed us what to look for if it begins to act up again. Dean was able to complete the repair quickly and get our home warm again.

ServiceOne has always done great work. In our last call, Dean had out AC up and running in less than an hour. But he was also thorough and made sure the temperatures were dropping in the house and that we were satisfied before wrapping up. Highly recommended!

Just had Marques Parker take a look at our AC that was making some noise. Very friendly, professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Fixed the issue, and walked me through his findings. Great experience!

Mitchell A came out to see why our air conditioning unit was not working and would not reset. Almost immediately he realized what the issue was and went right to work to get it resolved. He did a great job and left the area clean an neat. We thank him for resolving the problem and getting us cool again.

Dean was very friendly and respectable when completing A/C maintenance in my home. He was able to address the issue and communicate effectively with me on the solution.

The tech recommended services and gave estimates and allowed me to decide which ones I wanted to do. The tech explained which services were more urgent than others so I could make the decision on what repairs to do.

Dean was the tech who came to fix my A/C. He was very cordial, on time and explained everything he did in a way for me to understand! He was very helpful giving me recommendations for my unit! Can’t say enough how much I appreciated his input and getting my A/C working.5+ stars!!

They replaced the motor on my AC unit outside. I wasn’t home when it was done. My brother was. I checked it out for the first time last night. And the motor is very noisy. I just hope it keeps working ok for me

We've utilized service 1 since purchasing our home 5 years ago. They've saved us at least a thousand dollars in repairs and replacements. Alan was professional, friendly, patient with the incessant whining and barking of our dog. He also provided quick and thorough service of our A/C unit, and provided sound advice on what caused our issue, and how to prevent it in the future. We will call ServiceOne for future HVAC maintenance and repair, and consider their other services as well.

I went to service one for a second opinion since the other company was trying to sell me a new ac unit. They sent Israel out everytime and he did a great job. The technicians we have encountered have been respectable, knowledgeable, and are quick to repair issues we have. Once, a younger technician accidentally bumped our wall and caused some damage. ServiceOne gave us the option to have is professionally repaired, or take more than enough funds in credit to repair it ourselves.
