Had a clogged drain that wouldn't budge. S.O. plumber had it opened in about an hour and it runs better than ever. Showed up at the start of the appointment window and got right to work. Very affordable and no ridiculous "dispatch fee."
Chris did a great job in detecting the problem right away and explaining the solution to prevent drain cloggage. Very progressional and polite.
Service tech called before he arrived, after a brief explanation of the problem, he worked until the drain was completely clean, explained how to avoid future problems and he was extremely careful with everything while working.
Did a thorough job. Part of the pipe broke that was being unclogged and the technician took him time to properly install a new pipe.
Chris, with service 1 has been to my house a few times for drain cleaning. He does a great job and and cleans up before he leaves. I would definitely recommend him as plumber.

Chris from Service One was efficient, knowledgeable and gave us some insight to keeping some tricky plumbing clear and clog free. Wish he would have been around when the previous owners did this remodel.
Chris was prompt and on time and told me what I can replace myself and what to get to save money rather than having them charge me for it. He got done quick and was on time.
Found the problem and sent the right person to make the repair. Was very knowledgeable and saved us a ton of money.

Service One has come out and addressed many of our appliance repair needs with good results. Today was the first drain clearing call we have called them out on. Called this morning and they showed up before end of day. The service tech showed up took care of it and cleaned up after himself. Quick and thorough can’t ask for much more.
