The reason I use ServiceOne for furnace replacement is my confidence and trust in Justin. We have had to replace two furnaces in the past 4 months and Justin was very responsive to our request, gave us options to consider, and arranged for a timely installation.
Had ServiceOne come out to do a checkup on our furnace. Unfortunately, their findings recommended completely replacement due to severe rusting. He was very clear about the issue my furnace has. He continues to work to help me make a decision on the furnace.
Dennis, Earnest, and Nick were professional, polite, and gave me all the facts about my new furnace and humidifier. I would recommend to anyone else asking about Service One. They said 4 hours and they finished well within that time. They cleaned up after themselves. They told me who to call for inspections.

Last July we had Service One do an install on a new daikin HVAC and have had nothing but issues. In the last 11 months we have had a total of one install team, plus four additional technicians. The first technician advised that us that part of the install was done wrong and the second stated they didn’t turn…
Their self-payment system is awful. The system stops charging the customer after a year but there's no notification that payments have stopped and then the accounting department calls after 6 - 7 moths wanting back payments for over half a year. It would be fine if it just happened the one time. They assured me it…
the whole crew was wonderful. They were timely, neat, friendly, and willing to answer my questions. They were wonderful to have around while they worked and left the house looking better than how they found it.
