Jeff did a great job on the new valve and line to the humidifier
The technician was Awesome.
Service One is always worth every penny. Israel Martinez was great at communicating arrival time, finding the isdue, and fixing it rather than just bandaiding it. Israel did a fantastic job fixing our furnace! Top notch job with Israel Martinez!
Service is great, scheduling needs some understanding. I do feel being a member has lost some of its value.
Expedient and friendly providing useful information

Very good service. They always do a great job.
On time and great service
Amazing service from both Michaela in the office and from Service Tech, Jeff. After a mix-up in communication on dates, all went well & Jeff fixed my problem in record time & left suggestions for preventive care. Excellent service all around. Thank you yet again!
Malo communicated well about his arrival. He was courteous and professional as he came to do a part replacement on our furnace.

Well we have had your service for a while now and have very pleased, until Keith showed up! I will describe the experience as a shake down/con job. He came to do our complementary furnace inspection. At the end he explained to use that our downstairs furnace needed to be replaced immediately and was leaking carbon…
Very professional and on time. This was the best service I’ve had yet. This technician was great. Marques was outstanding.
Martin Anderson did a great job. He was courteous and understanding when I had to cut the appointment short to check on my aging mother in law. Just a good person.
Would definitely recommend! Kevin and Chris were fantastic! 2/7/2026 - Woke to a very chilly home. Service One delivered excellent service yet again. Domenico was exceptionally knowledgeable and gave us several reasonable options/suggestions for resolution and protection from recurrence in the future.
No hot water! Travis came in to save the day. He knew what the problem was and fixed it right away. Thank you Travis.

Professional prompt and expert service. I am very glad i am a Service One customer.
Thursday we had a tech (Tyler W) come out to look at our broken heater. He was very polite, explained everything a way I could understand, and he was super patient! Not once did I feel rushed or pressured into a purchasing one thing over the other. Unfortunately, our HVAC system is 23 years old & the outcome was…
My furnace stopped heating as a cold front rolled in resulting in a cold house and unhappy family. Brian R. was at my house taking care of things first thing this morning. Furnace is back in operation, house is warm, and the family is happy. Brian was prompt, professional, and thoroughly complete in his work. Top notch response.
Kyle was very precise on explaining what he was doing while performing his inspections of our HVAC systems in our home.
They have been nothing but excellent in all the years we have been with them. Jolene is very knowledgeable and friendly. We recently had a visit with John Salmans and felt very comfortable talking about different options and used his advice and knowledge to our benefit. We will be with Service One for our future needs. Thanks Jolene and John. Outstanding.
The service is always great with Service One. On time and very professional.

Marques Parker did an Outstanding job (7 on a scale of 5 being excellent) helping us get our furnace back on line this 20° morning. We called service One at 7:30 a.m. and Marques was here by 9:30 a.m. and on his way by 11:30 a.m. He diagnosed the problem immediately and discovered the cause of the malfunction,…
Israel and Justin did great work . Very knowledgeable and professional in the performance of their work and customer relations.
Tim G. was outstanding! He knew exactly what needed repair and went back to the shop to secure the proper components. He is very personable and professional as well. I give him the highest possible marks and would very much recommend him! He saved the day. Thank you Tim.
Technician Christopher Y. came to do some extensive repair work to my heating system. He worked constantly and professionally to get the job done. It was not an easy task, but he did it. The heater is now working safely and efficiently. Definitely a job well done!
ServiceOne was able to get us in same day for a furnace issue when facing cold winter temps. Mitchel the technician was extremely friendly and thorough, did a great job explaining all of his diagnostic work, and ultimately resolved the issue for a fair price. I’d highly recommend working with him and ServiceOne.
We were very happy with our experience with ServiceOne! Israel, the HVAC legend, had us up and running in no time. He had parts on hand and was able to fix the problem that broke our gas valve in the first place too. We ended up getting a maintnence contract with serviceone to prevent system failures in the…
