My furnace stopped heating as a cold front rolled in resulting in a cold house and unhappy family. Brian R. was at my house taking care of things first thing this morning. Furnace is back in operation, house is warm, and the family is happy. Brian was prompt, professional, and thoroughly complete in his work. Top notch response.

Kyle was very precise on explaining what he was doing while performing his inspections of our HVAC systems in our home.

Service One is always very professional and always checks everything on the furnace or heat pump to make sure everything is working properly.

I called for a repair of my furnace at 10 am and a service rep, Kyle, was at my home about 1:30. He had the problem fixed within an hour. He was professional and courtesy and got the job done. I’m grateful for this service!

The tech called at 9am when the appointment was scheduled between 12-5pm. I work overnights so I was caught off guard, He was really short with responses and I felt a little uncomfortable asking him questions. But he fixed the problem and left promptly .I love service one

I called early Monday morning because my heat was not working. They sent someone out at 7pm. He was not able to fix the problem because he did not have the part, but put in an emergency work order for the part. Praying it comes in today as my house is so cold! He was friendly and as helpful as he could be.

The repair man accurately diagnosed the issue (bird’s nest in the heater flue,) but he knew of only two ways to fix it—try to flush it out or cut a hole in the (finished) ceiling.
