Took 3 visits to get all the parts, everything working and furnace blowing warm again. I appreciate the on call response on a weekend even though he wasn’t able to complete the work needed. Good
I called early Monday morning because my heat was not working. They sent someone out at 7pm. He was not able to fix the problem because he did not have the part, but put in an emergency work order for the part. Praying it comes in today as my house is so cold! He was friendly and as helpful as he could be.
I was very disappointed with the quality of service I received today from Service One. The repair man accurately diagnosed the issue (bird’s nest in the heater flue,) but he knew of only two ways to fix it—try to flush it out or cut a hole in the (finished) ceiling. The charge was “$85/hour/person,” so I offered to…

Jason was deployed to help us from Service One with our heat pump/emergency heat issues. He was very courteous and thoroughly explained the problems we were having. He didn't try to push a multi triple digit solutions like I've had from others; he offered how to repair for the long term, certainly, *but* also…
