Technician in time, courteous and through. Explained problem and solution
Very nice and I appreciate the timely manner this was handled!
On time and great service
Great experience with Service One in replacing my heating water cooler. They were timely and explanatory of the process. Nicholas W., Martin A. and Mitchell F. thank you for a stress free experience 🙏🏾
I am incredibly impressed and thankful that Allen was able to get here and troubleshoot my AC unit. During a 95 degree day, the unit failed and the interior temperature of my home rose to 90. Allen arrived and got right to work diagnosing the issues. He found several and also found small but important things that…
Marques Parker did an Outstanding job (7 on a scale of 5 being excellent) helping us get our furnace back on line this 20° morning. We called service One at 7:30 a.m. and Marques was here by 9:30 a.m. and on his way by 11:30 a.m. He diagnosed the problem immediately and discovered the cause of the malfunction,…
Kevin was the best Service Expert that we have had in 20 years with Service One! Very helpful and gave us great information. I really felt he cared about our home and comfort.

Service one has been an excellent company to work with. Always on time. Always knowledgeable. Always professional!
Alan communicated clearly about the cause of our issue. Also gave us helpful hints to improve performance and consistency. Alan let us know what we could do ourselves and what additional services from ServiceOne are available.
Josh at service one fully explained everything. Quick and convenient. Nice to have one company to service most of home issues. Would recommend home warranty and company.
Mike was very courteous and he diagnosed the issue very quickly and got it repaired fast.
As a long time home warranty customer with Service One we have had only 1 other instance of bad service. This new issue is quite aggravating given the temps will be in the 90s over the weekend. We had an appointment set for Wednesday the 25th to repair our ac unit. On the day of the appointment we received a call…
Alan was very professional and explained everything clearly that he was doing and the maintenance that we need to do on our end
Always responsive and professional.
Crew arrived right on time and got straight to work. Completed the new air conditioner, humidifier, and thermostat installation with no hiccups.

My guy was here on time ready to work , done a superb job is with Changing the gas valve on my furnace even though the guy that installed the furnace really messed it up, Please keep sending this guy for as long as I need furnace repair.
I was able to get service on the coldest day of the winter, on a day with a long line of people needing heater repair, with the repair people working literally all day, on New Year's Day. No other companies could help us on that day. Our repair person was working all night and finished up at our house at midnight.…
Fast, friendly service.
Thank you for an amazing job today!
Tyler from ServiceOne came out and assisted with some post installation issues we were having with our new dual stage AC unit. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job.
The tech was more interested in making a sales pitch than fixing the problem. I had to call another company to get it taken care of.
I have always had great experiences with Service One. Our most recent service was for our furnace. It quit working on what was the coldest day of the year thus far. The tech got to us that same day and had our house warming in minutes! He was kind, wore a mask, socially distanced and gave me some recommendations for…
Mike, and everyone i have ever had from service one, was extremely helpful. He resolved the issues and educated me regarding what i need to do.
Furnace quit working on a very cold day. Service technician came out that evening and found part needed for repair. 8 o'clock before he was finished so a very long day for him. Temperature was down to 56 degrees so was appreciative for his help.
With the wind chill below zero, I was very impressed how promptly they were able to come check out the furnace. Mike was very professional. He took his time to be very thorough and explained clearly so I could understand. Great work!
Alan was tremendous in his responsiveness, professionalism and willingness to educate me on what he had done, as well as what I could do to troubleshoot any future issues.
Troy our service technician was great. Explained the issue and gave us some pointers on preventative steps to prolong the life of our equipment.
Ryan came out, on Christmas of all times, to fix our furnace that had decided to start acting up on Christmas morning. It took all of 20 minutes, but he had our house toasty and comfortable in no time. In these times, be sure to thank those who are out right now away from their families during the holiday. Thank you Ryan!
The technician contacted me when on their way. Showed up in a timely manner. She was very personable and professional in diagnosing the problem and letting me know what the solution would be. Will definitely be requesting her for any future repair needs!
Within an hour of my call that my furnace was not working Alan arrived to assess the situation. Was very courteous and professional and he explained the problem. Since my furnace is an older model, they will need to order the part so I will need to wait to hear from their parts division as to how long it will take…
Alan with Service One did a great job with my annual AC check. He called ahead to ensure I would be home, was prompt and thorough with his work and courteous during our interactions. Thanks Alan.
Prompt service. Technician was very helpful in explaining options
The technicians we have encountered have been respectable, knowledgeable, and are quick to repair issues we have. Once, a younger technician accidentally bumped our wall and caused some damage. ServiceOne gave us the option to have is professionally repaired, or take more than enough funds in credit to repair it ourselves.
Josh had the issue resolved in no time, he was professional and noticed me when he was 30 minutes out. I appreciate that Service One responded quickly and was able to get someone out same day.
