The day after the tornado Servpro was at our condo bright and early to start what they do. Besides physical support they were moral support for me. Every time I had a question they did what they could to get me an answer. Always got a call back or a text. What a great company with great employees.
I was blessed to have this company come !! They came from out of state to help with a severe storm that ravaged my area. I had major water damage due to not having power for 4 days . Do NOT use. They nickel and dime you for every little thing but won’t tell you about any of the charges until the very end. We were charged $150 every time they did a five minute moisture check. They also ripped off huge parts of our plaster with their tape, and I had to argue with them to cover the damage they caused.
I work in Appleton and our entire strip center recently experienced a water main break.
