Additionally, when asked for his expert opinion on newly noticed areas of concern, he gave full and complete analysis, as well as multiple options to address the areas of concern. Every time additional water damage was discovered, I was informed and given treatment options. Over the next 3 days Steve checked and rechecked all areas to correctly determine when everything was completely dry and sanitized. Steve was determined to do the job right, and was willing to work well passed the normal end of business (5pm) if need be, luckily it only required this the first day.

T_ & J_ came and I discussed the proposed work estimate given to us by Justin Veloz, detailing what needed to be done, and where (multiple rooms of basement). T_ & J_ did a good job until we had to leave around 1pm to get more supplies to fix our basement, they called us just before 4pm to tell us that they were done. My wife specifically asked him if they cleaned/sanitized the furnace/storage room’s concrete floor etc. (which matched Justin’s estimate)… J_ said yes, but when we returned home, it was very obvious that the furnace room was not cleaned = stuff, dehumidifier, etc. I moved out their way, from family room’s cleaning, had not moved from where I left it, and all the puddles/stains from rain water were still on concrete. PLUS, during the tear out of water damaged carpet J_ came and told me that our closet door broke, and they damaged the unaffected drywall when removing the built in desk (which they did not inform us of... 😡 See pictures:

Review from Google · view on GoogleWe woke up last weekend to find our finished basement family room/storeroom/guest bedroom/bathroom/ and laundry room carpeting and padding completely saturated. Our sump pumps evidently didn’t function properly or couldn’t keep up. My husband called ServPro at 2pm. After speaking with ServPro’s representative and explaining our situation, she explained their procedure. Another team member would come evaluate our “level of emergency”. Based on those findings, they schedule a team to come to do the actual work. The receptionist called back within the hour (!) with a time that the “examiner” would be at our home. After he finished his evaluation of our damage, the work team was scheduled. Steve and Brent were already providing service in other homes here in Eldridge so when they were caught up, they came to us. They arrived a couple of hours later and went right to work! My goodness! These two men worked efficiently and thoroughly! They were professional and obviously took great pride in their quality of work and they both were extremely friendly, too! They didn’t waste any time at all! They removed all the carpeting and padding, all the tack stripping and cleaned up after they finished! Steve and Brent with ServPro were the best, and their work-ethic and professionalism were impressive! If we should ever need another service, of ANY kind, we will call ServPro and we would recommend them to everyone we talk to about our disaster, and the efficiency we experienced. Thank you, Steve and Brent! Great job! Servpro is fortunate to have you two gentlemen representing their company!
