We had sewage water back up in our basement that flooded the floor of our basement bathroom. We got an estimate from Servpro to pull up the basement tile, pull the toilet and sink, and sterilize the area that had been contaminated for $750, so we had them do it. Tre & Jesse were great. We had unliveable mess & they worked very hard to get us cleaned up. Our septic pipe cracked & they leaned upc feces & other bacteria. They had to tear out the hard surface floor & also a portion of the wall. Can’t think them enough. It’s been great working with serve pro. Clean up & sanitize bathroom floor.

They came and did a great job cleaning.
They did not clean everywhere they were supposed to. They had 2 young kids (20 ish)doing the clean up. The boss came a short while later and replaced one of the workers. He did not improve the process nor impress us of his talents. I wouldn't recommend this business. We are dissatisfied and had to hire someone else.
