We have water damage caused by some horrible DIY plumbing done by the previous owner. Carlos and Keiber are knowledgeable, quick and efficient. And we are very pleased with their work.

Jonathan and Jesús did excellent work in removing drywall and setting up the mold remediation after a pipe leaked in our basement. They were very professional and clean. They put up plastic and vacuumed so the dust would not go everywhere. They wore shoe covers and also covered the floor. Carlos also was excellent and is professional and communicates well.

ServPro helped out with some water damage in my kitchen that we didn’t notice until we thought it was too late. There was some mold as well amd they took care of it all. They were timely, professional, and pretty affordable for all the work they did.

I called serve pro when I found a burst pipe and a flooded basement on a Monday evening. Kymel the project manager was amazing, he got crew to my home within hours. Very responsive team after my 300 gallon salt water tank had an overnight catastrophic failure the Servpro team was on site within 3 hours on a weekend.Chris R was the team leader and his communication was exceptional.

We were extremely satisfied with the service we received from the Saint Paul team of SERVPRO led by Levi. The response to our problem was quick and thorough and the ENTIRE TEAM was very hardworking, professional and courteous. We could not be more pleased and highly recommend this company to anyone in need of these services.

The team was great. They were efficient, knowledgeable and timely. The only thing I would recommend was to update the home owner each evening about what was done that day. This can be picky, so overall it was everything I needed and more!

The crew did a great job, including Kymel, the project supervisor. All were friendly, courteous, kept us informed about the status of the project, and did a great job on the cleanup after the project.

I called ServPro and they were at my house within a couple of hours. My basement flooded and Samantha and Marco assessed the damages. They were very thorough and honest about the restoration that needed to be done. They did an excellent cleanup job and I was very impressed! I will definitely call ServPro again if my basement floods again.

The team were on time and hard working. Luke was very helpful and informative. The site manager was helpful.

I had an ice dam break on the roof of my house and water leaked into my walls causing ALOT of water damage. Water also got underneath some of my flooring .
