Customers consistently praise the knowledgeable and friendly staff who provide detailed care advice, help with plant selection, and offer repotting services. Reviewers highlight the store's reasonable pricing for soil and repotting, efficient delivery options, and willingness to assist with custom arrangements or identify specific plant needs. Mark and John are so welcoming and kind! My second time bringing my own plants over to repot - they always end up beautiful and even healthier! Excited to come back with my next propagations
😍 My heart is warmed by the friendliness and over the top support that SF Plants provides. Jon was so knowledgeable and helpful; also super fun to chat with. He helped bring the plants down and get them into my little VW Beetle. I needed to pick up a plant a little early and they made it happen; packing the plant well, carrying it to my car, and making sure it would transport safely. Such good vibes. Thanks Jon!!…and everyone for your professional kind support 💫🙏🏼💕🌿
This is the only place in SF do reporting and I’m so glad that I found this place. They only charge for the soil and reasonable prices. Definitely come back.
Very welcoming , and staff friendly
The staff are super helpful and knowledgeable and the plants are amazing!
We had an absolutely incredible experience with Mark and the SF Plants team! They decorated our baby shower with the most beautiful plants and flowers — and in record time! The staff were also thoughtful and kind. We would highly recommend their work highly to anyone looking for the dream team to work with!
Great plants and extremely helpful staff. My go-to plant store in SF!!
I came in looking to buy cat-safe plants. John was really knowledgeable, passionate about plants, and friendly. He helped me pick out plants, taught me basic care instructions, and helped me pack the plants.
Incredibly knowledgeable and kind store rep, and the best plant store I’ve been to in SF! They helped me pick out a lovely cast iron plant for my office and I greatly appreciated the very helpful tips on watering and care.
The staff was so helpful, it was unbelievable how much it helped me understand what good options for me were
