I can’t say enough good things about SHADCO Restoration & Reconstruction. We hired them to replace a severely rotted band board/rim joist that we discovered while preparing to replace our patio door, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.
From the very beginning, owner, Shad was professional, honest, and respectful. When he came out to provide the estimate, he told us he would make it look nice and treat our home as if it were his own. He absolutely lived up to that promise.
When it came time for the repair, Joey and JP did an outstanding job. They were friendly, efficient, respectful of our home, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. They also went above and beyond by sistering several floor joists and replacing some rotted subfloor they discovered, ensuring everything was structurally sound instead of only repairing the original damaged area.
Kim in the office was wonderful to work with as well. She was always kind, kept me updated throughout the scheduling process, and made payment simple and organized.
It’s hard to find contractors who genuinely care about the quality of their work and treat your home with respect, but that’s exactly what we experienced with SHADCO. Their craftsmanship, communication, and attention to detail were exceptional from start to finish.
I would not hesitate to hire SHADCO Restoration & Reconstruction again and highly recommend them to anyone needing structural/water damaged repairs or restoration work.
