Shampoodles is the best dog grooming service in Columbus. I've been taking my dogs to them for years have never had a bad experience. The dogs always look great and have a great time while they're there. Can't recommend them enough.

Shampoodles groomed our sweet Bailey for almost 13 years. All I had to do was say “Let’s go to Shampoodles!” and he would run right to the door! He would tell you he was welcomed and loved at Shampoodles. He also looked and smelled amazing. Wonderful, caring people.

Review from Google · view on GoogleI will start by stating that I brought my 7lb Maltese yorkie to TLC 2-3 times before I decided to stop going there. When I took my pup there recently to Whitney, he came back with a great cut but when we got home, he was shaking and pacing like he did when he was coming off of sedation from his teeth cleaning. He was so distraught and nervous, unlike any time I had picked him up before. he would not eat or drink and hardly wanted to go outside or play at all. I called TLC and the owner called me back and assured me they would check with Whitney to see if he was scared by another dog or something else. They never called me back after that, not even to check on my pup. I took him to the Shaggy Shack instead and explained what had happened at TLC. They said they had heard this from another client recently as well! And they also complained that they did not get a call back! Something strange is going on at this groomer. Proceed with caution!

Review from Google · view on GoogleAfter coming here for over 4 years, the staff refused to fix the scheduling error they made. I was set out 2 months for my dog to be groomed and they booked the wrong person! Upon wondering when my grooming date was coming up, I contacted Shampoodles to find out about the scheduling error. The staff then refused to find a new date to fix this error, adding that I should find another groomer. I must say, after talking up this business and sharing with many other dog owners around Columbus, I am absolutely flabbergasted by the actions of these people. Sad to see a once great Columbus business turning into something unpleasant. Edit: When I called to ask about the appointment initially, you insistently told me I had been there. Saying my dog's name had been in. Clearly, a system based on the dog's name is not very accurate. It should be reference by phone number or owner name, neither of which you used to confirm my appointment. Extremely frustrating and a questioning on my intelligence as why in the world would I be calling again?! 4 months later and 500+ views and nothing has changed FYI Edit: Owner responded 'client file indicates that the customer forgot. Blamed staff.' They booked somebody else and not me. This was obvious when they asked why I was calling after allegedly just having been in... 2+ years later and still no resolution. I do recommend visiting Doggie Day Spa for your future grooming needs!
