BEST GYM EVER! The classes are small, you get personalized guidance. I love that the classes are different each time so you don’t get bored. Shape 360 has been a game changer in my physical and mental health!
I've been coming here since late 2024. As a bigger person, I found this gym community to be extremely welcoming and not intimidating at all. I lost 50lbs and am continuing to work towards my goals of getting healthier and stronger. The trainers are fantastic and really motivate you towards your goals. I highly recommend it. 💪💪💪

I joined this gym to feel better, and I’ve noticed improvements in my strength, energy, and even my sleep! Michele and all the other instructors are excellent, and I love the flexible schedule with morning and afternoon classes. Looking better each day is a bonus, but feeling healthier and stronger is what matters most to me. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Shape for a few years now, and I can honestly say I can't imagine NOT attending. Whether I can only make 1 session a week or 3, I can't get a comparable workout anywhere else. While the gym has all the equipment needed for a successful workout, it's the instructors that make all the difference (and the atmosphere they create). I typically attend on days when either Mike or Michelle are leading the class, but the entire team is great. Whether you're someone that's been working out for decades, just looking for a change of pace, or somebody getting started for the first time (or after a long break), there are folks in the classes of all skill levels, ages and abilities. For what it's worth, I have a complete gym in my garage and I still prefer to attend shape 2-3 days a week because of how much I enjoy the workouts, instructors and most importantly, the results.

UPDATE October 2026 I’ve been coming to Shape 360 for two years now, and Michal has been a big part of helping me lose nearly 40 pounds. She’s flexible with my busy schedule, helps keep me accountable, and encourages me to stay consistent with my workouts. The workouts are challenging but can always be adjusted based on individual needs and abilities. It’s also such a great community of people, which makes showing up that much easier. I really appreciate having a gym that supports my goals while understanding that life gets busy. Definitely recommend Shape 360! Thank you Michal!! I started my fitness journey 7 months postpartum. I was struggling with losing any weight and had no idea what to do. But I found Shape 360 and it’s been amazing. Workouts are fun, challenging, and small so you still get that personal feel and help. I am so much stronger and my body composition is continuing to change. Their flexibility has also been great. When my baby can’t go to daycare, I bring him along! I still have a long way to go but so grateful to be able to get stronger and meet my fitness goals at Shape 360.

I started coming to this gym about 2 months ago after finishing up nursing school. I was nervous to come to a work out class because the last 2 years I haven’t done any serious work out classes, just mainly sitting and studying. Michelle was so warm and comforting on my very first day, she explained the everything to me. I now look forward to coming to the classes and working out! Michelle, Mike and Katya are wonderful coaches! They push you and motivate you during the class and take the time to explain the workout of the day. Another one of the perks is the accountability check in. It’s so great to check in with Michelle of the progress you made and even meal planning! A nurse who works night shift I truly appreciate this. I recommend this place everyone. It is such a great way to get back into working out or even just getting started! The Shape 360 community so also so welcoming. Very happy to be part of it!
