As some of you know, an interstate move can be a very stressful time for anyone and the amount of research, planning, implementation and transition can be somewhat overwhelming. Our interest in relocating to Idaho began a few years ago, as we keep contact with friends who had relocated from California as well. Our introduction to Shelby came by way of a referral from our dear friends and past neighbors, who worked with her throughout this process, as they moved from California to Idaho. Shelby worked closely with us to find the home and property that we were seeking and she provided much information about the region, including the different communities, amenities and points of interest. After a review of several homes, we found the one that met our expectations and price point. Shelby worked smoothly with our realtor in California during the sale of our home there, as well as the purchase and process of our new home here, and she was very understanding of our concerns and the coordination of our move. Ultimately, we settled into a new, friendly and interactive community and have made many new friends, as well as reconnecting with our past friends here who also relocated from California. Even months later, Shelby has continued to keep in touch with us and has genuinely been interested in how we are doing. We highly recommend her and know that once you start working with her, you will see her sincerity, diligence and hard work for your goals and objectives.

If you're reading this review, stop everything you're doing and go with Shelby Matson as your realtor! She has been absolutely phenomenal. She is easy to get in touch with, responsive, explains in great detail, and is a wonderful guide through a very difficult process.
