Siemers has been servecing 15 HVAC unit, 3 ductless unit plus 24 suspended heaters for my business. They have the best technicians in the area and response time is great. In the past, I used other hvac companies just to explore what else is outthere and find myself going back to Siemers.

Our air conditioning system stopped working on a hot, miserable June day. The intake specialist was very helpful and able to schedule our appointment within 2 days. Victor Zerngast was on time and did an excellent job diagnosing then fixing the multiple issues. I highly recommed Siemer and especially Victor.

Sticker shock. I realize I screwed up by cutting the line but $826.00 is crazy. Why did it take two techs to look at a gauge for 1-1/2 hours.The brazing took 10 minutes. That turned into 2 hours. I'm not too happy.

Got a technician named Phil to come out and take a look at why my AC wasn't cooling properly. Was friendly and knowledgeable and got me back up and running in less than an hour.
My air conditioner was not blowing cold air. Jake diagnosed the situation and thought we needed a new compressor. He investigated further and found that the problem was a capacitor was bad and he installed a new one. That started the compressor to working. I appreciate that he took the extra step and got us cooled off.
Came out the same day and identified and fixed the issue right away.
Our Lennox AC had been blowing warm air since last year, and Brendan from Siemer was quick to recharge the coolant while adding a dye to check for leaks. We will have to have a 2nd call with them if it turns out there is a leak, but I’m glad they’ll be the ones returning!

Hot water tank pilot light wouldn’t stay lit. Brendan came in and gave me the verdict on what the problem was. Great kid very knowledgeable. Will be using this company again
I was so satisfied with the rapid response from this company when i came home to find that my furnace was not working properly. Jake the technician who came out was polite and explained to me what the issue was. He fixed my furnace and within the hour had heat again. Great company!
