After hours phone was answered by a pleasant human being. Jake, the technician, called right back and came out before sunrise on a holiday weekend. He arrived promptly and within the promised timeframe, fixed the issue, was efficient, informative, honest and had a great attitude. Others say they have 24/7 service,…

This dude Phil Hupke came out and fixed my air conditioner in 10 mins. I was mind blown how fast he was. If you can request him I would strongly suggest it. Today the heat index was around 102 today. I would have been in big trouble. 5 stars all day for this company!

The technician Phil was amazing. He was kind courteous and he repaired our air conditioner quickly. This was the first time I used this company. I will definitely call them again if I ever have an issue with my heating and cooling needs. I truly appreciate that they called me when they had a cancellation and came sooner. I can't thank them enough.😊
Jake and Carlos are wonderful. Thank you!
Such an amazing experience! The office building I work in had some issues. My bosses originally spoke to a different company and got a second opinion from Siemers. They came out, did the work within a day or so and were so pleasant to have around. They found the issue and took care of it right away! Shout out to…

Siemer didn't waste any time getting technician, Chris to come out. It was a holiday and the young man was knowledgeable, prompt, friendly and willing to explain what he was doing. Once he was able to get the AC operational, he stuck around to confirm nothing else was wrong. I will recommend them anytime! Very professional and reasonably priced.
Very professional, made sure that my A.C was still under warranty., and saved me some big $$.
April 2025: Andrew and Wes did a fantastic and quick job of assessing the problem and getting us estimates for a furnace last week. I never enjoy leaving bad reviews but feel it is necessary to provide feedback if the company truly values the work they do. I called Seimer to check my AC unit and provide me a quote for a replacement system. I will admit that I knew full well that there was a service visit fee; however when the technician was hear…

Got home on the hottest day of the year to find my house at 80 degrees when it should have been at a crisp 72 degrees. I have a daughter who is an epileptic and heat is a trigger for her. They had a tech out within a half hour. Victor was so nice, the weather…
Sticker shock. I realize I screwed up by cutting the line but $826.00 is crazy. Why did it take two techs to look at a gauge for 1-1/2 hours. The brazing took 10 minutes. That turned into 2 hours. I'm not too happy.
Very professional and explained everything.
Very nice, on time, straight and to the point, helpful with how to proceed

My air conditioner was not blowing cold air. Jake diagnosed the situation and thought we needed a new compressor. He investigated further and found that the problem was a capacitor was bad and he installed a new one. That started the compressor to working. I appreciate that he took the extra step and got us cooled off.

Our Lennox AC had been blowing warm air since last year, and Brendan from Siemer was quick to recharge the coolant while adding a dye to check for leaks. We will have to have a 2nd call with them if it turns out there is a leak, but I’m glad they’ll be the ones returning!
