Chris Acosta is an excellent service technician who, whenever he serviced my unit, always takes care of it and explains everything that was done to ensure that the unit is working properly.
Scheduling was easy. Jake arrived on time. Replaced the filter and bulb for the purifier and showed me how to do it in case I wanted to. All at Siemer have been very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Furnace went out on very cold day. Part was going to be available next day. When tech found my 99 yo mother lived with me, he found part closer, drove 25 minutes each way, came back to install and get furnace working. Unbelievable service.
