Jake is thorough and answered all my questions ( and I had plenty of questions). He was courteous and pleasant.

Chris was very polite and professional knew what to look at and test, he checked inside the house on AC/ furnace and also outside in side of house, said all checked out good, everything working like it’s supposed too. Chris is a great guy and works well with Siemer.

Jake looked the job over, listened to my concerns and came up with a solution that actually saved some money and satisfied the concerns. You can’t ask for better than that.
Phil and Jake worked with me and the manufacturer to schedule times and troubleshoot the unit and got the problem resolved! Siemer kept me updated throughout the parts warranty process and im extremely happy with the service they provided. 10/10 will use them going forward.
Called after hours on a Friday night after our furnace stopped working and the answering service was able to connect me with a tech in a timely manner. Did everything to repair furnace but cost was high and furnace was 18 years old and I'd be better off getting a new one at this age and having a big problem like this one is not a good sign after carefully thinking it over and the furnace died before I could decide the furnace quit that made up my mind to get a new one
