Having been with Simic CPA over 10 years. They do take care of their customers. I have already introduced this firm for son who newly graduated from medicine school. Only thing to pay attention is book earlier since waiting line will be long.
Simic CPA has helped me for over 15 years. Love working with all the staff, Mike, Allen, and this year with Taj. Thank you
Great job Simic CPA! The front desk, the manager, tax preparers: Taj & Jessyka; All great professionals & Great price! Thank you!
Mike himself is great. The office staff is helpful and responsive. The rates are more than fair. We will however not be returning due to the experience we had with Alan. Our taxes (relatively simple, two W2s and some investments) were filed the wrong name, and received advice to file MFS which would have cost us…
Always quick, helpful and easy to work with ... we have been coming to Simic for years now... Taj was great!

My father and I brought in our tax paperwork a month before the deadline. We got a frantic call on the deadline day to come in and sign the paperwork. I brought them three years of unfiled but uncomplicated taxes and my father brought two years of uncomplicated taxes. We get there on the date and my father’s taxes are done, but mine are done for the wrong year. Also they only did federal not local. When I asked why they told me I was living in Florida, but my drivers license and all my paperwork said Ohio. We ended up waiting another two hours for them to do the other years which at first they told me didn’t matter. We sent in what we had to and filed the federal electronically. EVERY SINGLE MONTH SINCE APRIL my father and I are getting paperwork from Lakewood and Ohio that the paperwork we sent in was wrong. We paid a pretty penny and they made the situation even worse. They filed that my dad filed taxes in another city, which he did not. I have no idea where they got the figures for my Ohio taxes. Just absolutely horrible. Never going here again. We would have had better luck with our taxes by putting trash in an envelope and sending it in.

Our taxes (relatively simple, two W2s and some investments) were filed the wrong name, and received advice to file MFS which would have cost us thousands in fees had I not done reading and clarified the plan. I called Alan and left messages three times over two weeks. I received no response. I booked an appointment to clear the situation up, and got told "its a busy time of year," and "I'm not very good with phones." Taxes are complicated for a lay person and we trusted a CPA to help us make decisions...I'd recommend that you find someone else to trust.
Great team super helpful every year. Luca did an amazing job
