Simon was QUICK and professional! Within 24 hours of me reaching out to him asking about my water heater, he had it replaced and up and running - with a 6 year warranty! I couldn’t be more pleased with how well the process went and the great job Simon did.
They take the time to do it right! Arrived on time and kept me informed through the process. A++!
Water heater burst, discovered at 8am. Simon was to our home within 2 hours. Fast, professional, competitive pricing and honest. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Simon's Plumbing for your home plumbing needs. Simon was recommended to us by a Realtor friend. Our water heater started to leak last evening. Simon was at our home within an hour of my call to assess the situation. He returned this morning and installed a new Bradford White water heater.…
Quick, Professional, Courteous and communicated well during the process.
Absolutely recommend! Responsive at any time of day, prompt and incredibly thorough. We have used his service for simple sink repair and a very involved hot water leak, both were handled professionally and with a very fair price. This week we had another leak and Simon was at our home within a half hour of texting. True professional!
Excellent service. I was very pleased in all aspects of the process. Extremely courteous...professional ...personal and knowledgeable!! Could not have been more pleased!!
Very polite and timely service.
I've used Simon's plumbing for multiple projects now and they consistently deliver top-notch work. Most recently, they installed a heat pump water heater for me, and I am once again impressed with their exceptional service. I can't stress enough how satisfied I am with Simon's Plumbing. If you're in need of…
He showed up when he said he was going to and did a great job. I will call him again if I ever have any more plumbing issues. Thank you!
We called Simon around 2pm on a Wednesday due to our water heater leaking water everywhere. He was able to arrive and quote the replacement within an hour, and had the whole unit replaced by 630pm. The service was quick and professional, exactly what we needed. We will call him again for any future plumbing needs that may arise.
Fast service, will go the extra step to make sure your happy
I cannot recommend Simon and his company more highly. He's helped us with countless plumbing ordeals that have come up over the past couple of years. He's helped us make the choice to NOT yet replace a water heater despite its age (when it would have been easy to recommend a replacement), installed a total of four…
I was referred to Simon’s plumbing, simon came out same day, gave me an estimate and started work the following day, they did an amazing job, couldn’t be more pleased. Definitely recommend this company.
Simon was prompt, professional and quick with all my repairs. He did a great job and answered any questions I had. I will use him in the future and highly recommend him.
I highly recommend Simon's plumbing! Besides doing excellent work, Simon is honest, professional, and trustworthy. I have used him twice and I have referred him to family and friends.
Simon showed up quickly and fixed my leak. He was friendly and professional. I will definitely use him again.
Simon has helped us and my parents with plumbing issues multiple times. He has high integrity. There have been 2 times where he could've charged us more but didn't. The first I accidentally paid more than the invoice and he brought my money back to me before I realized it. The second, my parents had a clog and it…
Simon is a crackerjack plumber, and he's super-responsive. In classic fashion, both my water heater and my garbage disposal sprang leaks on the same Monday morning. I found Simon on Google. I called and he and his partner showed up at my house about an hour later. They had the water heater and the garbage disposal…
Simon's Plumbing is the absolute best plumbing company in the Phoenix/Metro area and the only plumber we will use. We are thrilled to have found him. Simon has been to our home 4-5 times for plumbing issues and to replace two water heaters. He is neat and tidy and cleans up after he is done. Simon is a perfectionist…
