Called first thing in the morning. Simon was able to move his arrival window earlier by 1.5 hours to make sure I was able to make my golf tee time!! Quick, very communicative, and polite. Saving his contact for future needs!
Simon is awesome, he helped me over the phone with a basic issue and didn't charge me. Thank you so much you just saved me money I don't have 🙏❤️
I contacted Simon to fix a leaky kitchen sink and to replace the garbage disposal. He responded right away. Simon diagnosed my issue over the phone within minutes, and it was repaired the following day! He 100% fixed my issue quickly, I am a very happy customer and I highly recommend.
I saw Simon’s Plumbing listed on next-door digest and called. He told me he could be over in the afternoon, and he followed up with texting as to when he would be here. I had a broken garbage disposal and he figured out what was wrong and fixed it. I would definitely recommend them. Very conscientious and friendly.

The first I accidentally paid more than the invoice and he brought my money back to me before I realized it. The second, my parents had a clog and it…
Absolutely incredible service. Family business that seems to take customer care very seriously. Came almost immediately after we called and quickly fixed our issue in affordable fashion. Replaced multiple parts and did not charge for them. Would highly recommend.
